Supply and installing, testing & commissioning of Silent Diesel Engine driven generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 30 KVA continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 volts +/-2.5%, AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ +/-1% supply, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine liquid cooled mounted on common base frame complete with floor mounting fuel tank (service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line & accessories, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer's instructions, vibration damper pads, control panel & seperate Auto main failure panel, other accessories etc. and comprising of following :-

(A) Diesel engine:- Liquid cooled to deliver not less than 44 BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions as per latest CPCB norms and conforming to IS 4722, BS 5514/2613/5000 ,DIN 6271 & ISO 3046 with an overload capacity of 10% of one hour in any 12 continuous hours operation with the following accessories:- (a) Radiator with blower fan or heat exchanger with guard (b) Pipe coupling for engine cooling system piping (c) Corrosion in-hibitor coolant (d) Paper element filters (i) Fuel. (ii) Lube oil. (iii) By pass (e) Fly wheel housing and fly wheel to suit double bearing alternator (f) Engine bearing mechanism in fly wheel housing (g) Hot set type flexible coupling (h) Dry type air cleaners and vacuum indicators (i) Residential silencers (k) Stainless Steel exhaust flexible bellows (l) Mechanical Diesel transfer pump (m) Electric starter (n) Battery charging indicator (o) Exhaust piping made out of STIC C class, MS pipe inclusive of all accessories and hardware, necessary support scaffolding as per manufacturer's recommondations to sustain back pressure with rain cap.

(p) Mineral wool insulation 2 inch thick suitable for 400 degree celcius temperature cladded with aluminium sheet of 30 gauge for the entire length of exhaust pipe (q) First fill of oil and diesel during commissioning and 12 hours testing (r) Interconnecting copper cabling of adequate capacity between batteries control (s) Fuel pipe C class SITC 1"/ 1.5"/2" dia - 01 lot (t) Self starter 12 volt D.C. (u) Electric operated electronic governor (v) Fuel injection pump (w) Electronic/ Micro processor based engine control panel, complete with all accessories as per manufacturer's specifications displaying the following:- (i) Battery voltage and charging rate. (x) Safety control (Trip and indication) (i) High water temperature (96 degree C) (ii) Low lube oil pressure (iii) Low and high speed trip (+1%) (iv) Low battery tripping (y) Base frame: Sturdy, fabricated welded construction, channel iron base frame (duly for mounting engine painted) fo and alternator as per manufacturer's design alongwith AVM pads. (z) Battery:- 12 Volt, 90 AH, maintenance free battery with in built SMPS charging system with leads and terminals. (B) ALTERNATOR:- Suitable rated at 30 KVA at 0.8 PF,415 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz at 1500 RPM, Self excited and self regulated with brushless excitation, Band of voltage regulation + 2.5% of rated voltage from no load to full load, Insulation class "H", self ventilated and conforming to BS 5000/IS: 4722. (C) Acoustic Enclosure:- Material and labour for acoustic enclosure (canopy) for the above 30 KVA DG Set to reduce noise level to 75 dB (A) measured at 1.0 metre distance for audible frequencies as approved for emission compliance as per Central Pollution Control Board norms and size as per OEM design or equivalent and manufacturer's specification and comprising of following: (i) Sound insulation: 75 mm thick Rock wool (Density 65 Kg/ Cum) (ii) Outer body : Not less than 1.6 mm thick Cold rolled steel sheet or FRP sheet (iii) Door : 1.6 mm thick CRCA (iv) Inner Surface: 1.0 mm thick CRCA/ GI perforated sheet (v) Base frame: As Per Manufacturer Design (vi) Inside illumination for working purpose.

The qouted rate includes earth work in soft/loose soil and cement Concrete, filling and mass concrete type B2 (1:2:4) using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation of size not less than as per OEM drawing for placing of DG Set complete all as specified. Note :- The above all specifications may vary slightly as per OEM design and recommendation Incase of any slight variation as per OEM recommendation, the decision of GE will be final and binding.

Supply, laying ,testing and commisioning of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cable(heavy duty) 50 Sqmm 3.5 core size with multistranded aluminium conductors,IS 7098 Part I marked ,suitable for LT 1100 Volt system,laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads /paths/drain/culverts or encased in GI pipe including jointing with aluminium termnal (lugs) & testing complete all as specified.

Supply, laying ,testing and commisioning of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cable(heavy duty) 25 Sqmm 4 core size with multistranded aluminium conductors,IS 7098 Part I marked ,suitable for LT 1100 Volt system,laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads /paths/drain/culverts or encased in GI pipe including jointing with aluminium termnal (lugs) & testing complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches not. exc. 1.5m wide and not exc. 1.5 deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L Cement concrete in plinth, platforms, pole coping , pillars etc., PCC 1:2:4 type B1 , using 20 mm graded aggregate complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for under ground cable with locally available sand for protection of cable 8 cm under the cable and 15 cm over the cable including spreading and consolidations complete all as specified. Note :- For the purpose of payment ,only punned thickness will be measured.

Supply and laying un reinforced precast concrete cable cove class LV type 2 flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm as specification complete all as specified.

M&L for cutting the road/hard standings and excavating in trenches not exceding 0.40 mtr wide and not exc 0.80 mtr deep across the road for laying cable including making good the excavated portion by means of PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete and matching with the surroundings complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 90 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete.

Supply and erecting of prestressed concrete poles of 9 metre long having 102 mm x 152 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom,class 10 including painting alternative black and white strips of 30 cm width upto 1.5 mtr above ground level and all as required at site or complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing of PVC insulated and sheathed copper flexible cable black size of 1.5 Sqmm x 3 core of different colour (Red , Black and Green) and drawan through PVC conduit and connecting to street light fitting on PCC/RCC complete all as specified.

Supply and Fixing GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia with necessary accessories/fitting for cable protections of crossing of culverts/nallah/Road complete all as specified.

S&F 40 mm dia GI pipe bracket (med grade) bent to shape of length not less than 1.2 mtr including fixing on wall /pole using flat iron clamps of size 32 mm x 6 mm (heavy duty)-02 Nos ,nuts,bolts,washers etc including paints of two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer suitable for street light fittings complete all as specified.

Suply and Fixing of pole mounted junction box of outer size 300x200x120mm made out of FRP body (hot moulded type) with IP-66 protection and locking with screws alongwith 6 Amp rating MCB SP-01 No. and up to 50 Amps rated 4 pole connector suitable to insert the cable size up to 25 sqmm x 4 core- 02 No. and din rail suitable for mounting the MCB/Connector etc complete in side box and duly fixed with 25x3mm FL clamps with nuts nolts of suitable size on PCC/RCC pole including cable glands ,aluminium lugs/thimbles for incoming and outgoing cables embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red color on front face of box body complete all as specified.

Supply, Installing,testing and commissioning of LT Panel factory made Outdoor type (CPRI) as per latest IS mark with minimum thickness of 3.00mm dust and vermin proof, 3 phase 4 wire with rated operational voltage 415V, rated insulation voltage of 1100V and Impulse withstand of 12KV and minimum internal Arc with-stand of 65KA, 500mSec as per latest IS mark, weather proof, with separate hinge door for each compartment with Operating handle & locking arrangement with back door common openable(screwed/Lockable) mounted on iron angle of 50x6 mm grouted in PCC 1:2:4 Complete. Painting as per defined 7 Tank process with epoxy powder polymerized at high temperature and aluminium busbar (TPN) suitable for 200A with double compression aluminium cable glands with the following accessories with IP 54 rating :- (i)Cost of PCC platform 50mm thick 1:2:4 Type B-1 over 75mm thick sub base 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate is inclusive in the rate quoted for this item.(ii) Drawing of LT Panel shall be submitted by the contractor will be approved by Accepting Officer before placing order. M&L of earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick electrode and 32x6mm GI strip length up to 7.5 mtr as earth lead, buried directly in ground protected by GI Pipe 40 mm dia medium grade (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to 32x6mm earth strip by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part-I, connected to earth test point complete all as specified, Note: (i) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade,GI strip up to 7.5 mtr, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (iii) The earth pit shall be refilled by boulders free from vegetable soil. (iv)Testing of earthing shall be carried out after completion of earthing.Payment for earthing shall be admissible after satisfactory test result.
