2 Providing, Fabricating & Erecting of Top & Bottom horizontal girders with Girder bracings & top Girder Hand 6 Gate 1124199

Ralling,Ladder btw Top Girder to Bottom Girder,Ladder btw top girder to Top of the gate etc. by dismentling of exisiting

including Labour, Tools & tackles, Scaffoldings, Safety equipment etc. as per drawing & Instruction of Engineer In charge of

radial gate size:41'x27'-6No's of Guhai Project with dismantled scrap materials removed from this work will be given to the

4 Dismantling of Existing & New Providing-Fitting of Steel Wire Ropes (Size:32 mm Dia. 6X36/37 Construction fiber core type 6 Gate 92495

galvanised 80 Meter Long per Gate) including Filling Zinc Metal in New Sockets, applying Cardium Compound on Wire

rope, Materials, Machining, Dismantling, Erection, Labour, Tools, tackles, scaffoldings, Painting, Material handling, Safety

Equipments etc complete as per Drawings, Specifications and Instruction of Engineer Incharge for Radial gate

size:41'x27'of Guhai Project with dismantled scrap coming out from this work will be given to the contractor.

5 Providing & fitting of new two side rubber seal 130 x 76 x 19 mm & bottom Rubber seal 115 x 19 mm with S.S.-AISI.304 6 Gate 108821.00

Hex. Head & C.S.K. type bolts-nuts & washers including dismantling of old side rubber seals & bottom rubber seal & bolts-

nuts & washers etc. including cost of gas cutting ,welding ,labour, materials, tools ,tackles, scaffolding, etc as per drawing

and specification of Radial Gate size 41' X27'-06 no of Guhai project with Dismantled scrap material removed from the

work will be given to contractor.

6 Providing & fitting of new parts of CDU & DHU like, 15 HP diesel engine, Forward Reverse Gear box,Tyre Coupling, 6 Gate 162734.00

dismantelling old parts with disasemble of all related parts and erection new parts with refitting of old all related parts

Including cost of material, gas for cutting, welding, labour, tools, tackles, scaffoldings, painting & transportation etc

complete as per specification, instruction of engineer-in charge & for Radial Gate size 41' X27'-06 no for Guhai Project

with Dismantled scrap materials coming from this work will be given to contractor.

7 Replacement of Plumber Blocks of E.R Unit with Bearing & Sleev, Dial indicator system by dismantelling old parts with 6 Gate 149605.00

disasemble the all related parts and re fitted the same with new parts Including cost of material, gas for cutting, welding,

labour, tools, tackles, scaffoldings, painting & transportation etc complete as per drawing,specifications & as per the

direction of engineer-in chargefor 41' X27'-06 no Radial gate for Guhai Project with Dismantled scrap materials coming

from this work will be given to contractor.

8 (1) Dismantling of Existing damaged and dislocated railing and Providing & fitting of New G.I. Pipe Railing with angle post 1 Job 739727.00

at D/S Protection Wall. (2) Providing & fitting of New G.I pipe railing with angel post and base plate at Inspection Gallery

of Main dam including all Materials, Consumables, Labour,Tools & tackles, Scaffoldings, Painting, Material handling, Safety

equipments etc. complete as per actual site situation, specification &instruction of engineer incharge radial gate

size:41'x27'-6No's of Guhai Project with Dismantled scrap materials coming from this work will be given to contractor.

9 Providing, Fabricating & erecting Structural Steel Materials(such as MS Plate, Angle, Channel, RSJ, Bar etc.) - 1000 kg to 1 Job 101551.00

site of gates & its parts etc, inclusive of all materials, labour, tools- tackle, scaffolding etc. complete as per actual site

requirement and as per instruction of engineer incharge radial gate size:41'x27'-6No's of Guhai Project.

(1) The Contractor shall exhibit a board with detailed specification and details of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge and as

per GR No. MIS/102010/17(2)/k-1of dtd. 29/01/2011for which no extra payment shall be made.

(2) The labour cess will be deducted as per prevailing rules i.e. 1% of the work done.

(3) GST and Income tax TDS will be deducted at a source while making payments of bills.

(4) Rates quoted include clearance of site (prior commencement of work and at its close) in all respects and hold good for work under

all conditions, site, moisture, weather etc.

(5) The quoted rates should be inclusive of cost of minor rectification work which may have to be done for correct in the distoration

caused during transportation of the gate components.
