BOUNDARYWALL Earth work in excavation of foundation inhard soil within 50m initial lead &1.5 M initial lift including rough dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated materials away from the working areas as per specification and directon of Engineer in Charge

P.C.C of (1:3:6 ) with 4 cm down H.G.C.B metal includig hoisting, laying, compacting, curing and wateringetc. with all t&P required for the work including cost con veyance royality and all other taxes of materials compelte in all respect as per Engineer in charge.

Bored cast-in-situ M40 Grade R.C.C. Pile dia 450mm( Pile) excluding Reinforcement complete including bailing, flushing the bore bentonite with required density, chiselling, shifting of materials etc as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m complete as per directed by the Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and fabricating M.S.liners confirming to IS specifications of SAIL of specified thickness for required length with M.S. shoes of 1.0m height using 4mm thick M.S. plates for bored vertical pile measured from cut off level of pile to the terminating level including supplying, cutting, rolling, bending, handling and welding cost, labours, materials, accessories,all taxes, hire and running charges of all machineries, royality, labour, material, T&P, conveyance charges, Port entry fees etc. all complete as per drawings and specification as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Cutting and dressing pile heads to required line and level and /or as directed and stacking the debris at convenient place and transport the same to any low lying area outside the working area and all associated cleaning of projecting reinforcements including all labour, labour cess, materials, tools, equipments etc., complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in concrete mix M40 excluding cost of steel reinforcements in position as per approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge including shuttering, mixing, laying, consolidating, curing, including all labours, slings, shackles, supply of all labour, material, transportation cost, hire and running charges of all machineries such as cranes, lorries etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding reinforcement steel work in RCC/reinforced brick works as per drawing and specification including preparation of respective bar bending schedule and binding (Binding wire to be used as per the IS code) etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-charge. Cold Twisted bars, Thermo-Mechanically-treated bars.

Brick works with fly ash bricks 25 cm x 12 cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than75 Kg/ cm2 with dimensional tolerance + or - 2% in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation including cost conveyance,royality and all other taxes of materials etc. with curing complete in all respect as per specification and directon of Engineer in Charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortor (1:6) over brick masonary including cost and conveyance of all materials with all the taxes, royality, labour, T & P required for the work etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Priming one coat with water bound cement primer and all other materials including cost of paint and Labour charges etc. Complete in all respect as per specification and directon of Engineer in Charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat (ISI) of approved shade on new work i.e. two coats to gaive an even shade including cost of weather coat and labour charges with curing etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

TOUCHPILE Providing temporary stage/platform for boring and casting of piles during LTL & HTL, using 200mm mean dia Non-Sal Bullah for piling @1.00mtr c/c with 100mm mean dia Non-Sal Bullah bracings on both ways in 3 layers in middle and top layer with 38mm thick Non-Sal wooden planks fixed over 100mm mean dia Non-Sal Bullah reapers and dismantling the same after completion of the work and clear the debries including cost of transportation, labour, labour cess & all other taxes etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(80% payment will be made after completion of staging work and 20% will be made after dismanting and clearing the same from work site) (Observed Analysis)

Providing and laying of Filter media with stone crushed aggregates of 63mm & 45 mm size satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment , wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
