Mechanical Works

Civil / Electric works

Design, manufacturing & construction required all the civil work (washing platform, u/g water tanks, pump room, tunnel structure in hot dip galvanized MS Steel, cladded with CG profile sheet of high quality min 0.63 mm thick, etc.) for the automatic truck/vehicle washing system

Fabrication and erecting of structural steel housing (70x70x6 x 140m) for the truck wash unit 5m x 6m x 13 m covered with precoated galvanized corrugated profile sheets (0.50mm) 150 sqm approximate area. Complete in all respect

Providing of electricity to the washing unit by way of providing/erecting/laying of steel poles 9mx 04 spans, conductors, pins insulators, necessary lighting, additional witches, MCBs, boards etc complete in all respect

Providing and laying of 100m pipe (PPR) 50mm, along with all necessary fitting and mounting etc from nearby water source to the service tank complete job

Pavement of approach road 20 m in M20 including leveling, soling, compacting paving etc complete in all respects
