Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 05 cusec HZ split casing suction pump unit no.01 of lift irrigation scheme Khadniyar using appropriate means of transport like Mahindra Bolero, Tata mobile up to lead of 8km/trip.

Complete dismantling of split casing pump by way of disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling, and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fastener etc. The job also includes the charge of shifting pump manually from site to road approx. 1km.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS sleeve two no as per sample having weight 2.5kg weight each sleeve

Repairs to damaged shaft SS by way of rebuilding of shaft using high quality electrodes then turning the shaft on lathe machine to remove the excess material deposited and restore the original dimension and profile of shaft

The job also includes the charge of shifting pump manually from road to site approx. 1km, then assembling of HZ split casing pump after proper cleaning of all the parts, alignment with motor, connecting motor leads tested on full load.

Providing of palmative packing as per sample for pumping units.

Providing of grease for site to use it for pumping units

Repairs to gun metal impellers at damaged areas like curved vanes, neck ring area by way of patching with gun metal material then, turning, finishing etc. on lathe to restore the original dimension

Repairs to the minor leakage (300 cm) along 250mm dia M.S rising main of lift irrigation scheme Zalkhai at various cracked portions of pipe, pipe flanges, end to end joints, rusted bolts etc. by way of multiple weld runs, using M.S filler material and using appropriate sized of M.S plate of suitable thickness wherever required to make joint strong and leak proof. The job includes hire charges of D.G set, welding set, Gas cutter, load carrier, manual labours, and skilled welder for completing the repair work. The job also includes the charge of providing nuts & bolts for flanged rising main six kg, leather washer for 250 mm dia. foot valve two no R.I cloth three kg, palmative packing three kg. After successful completion of repair work, the rising main shall be tested on full load.
