Hire and labour for providing silpaulin pandal using arecanut post 1.50 c/c and bamboo bracings tying with coir yarn and fixing the silpaulin firmly to the members including dismantling the same after use for 2 days.

Hire and labour for putting up a barricades using bamboo post 1.20 m height longitudinal with two line bamboo lying with coir yarn firmly and including dismantling and removing after use .(up to a period of 10 days.)

Hire and labour for providing for putting up a pandal for a period of 10 days with G.I post @ 3 m c/c distance,steel trusses, purlin including clamp to connect roofing with G.I corrugated sheet 0.40mm thick including dismantling after use.

Hire and labour upto a period of 10 (ten ) days for screening with G.I corrugated sheet 0.40 mm thick with 11/6th split bamboo , arecanut reepers @50cm c/c horizontals 1m vertically on one side and tying with coir yarn to the existing post including dismantling and removing after use.

Hire charges for providing pandal inside the Koothambalam and around Bhagavathi temple using bamboo mats and coconut cadjans respectively and dismantling and removing the same after Kalasam 2022.

Providing additional decoration of Melpathur auditorium including front,(top and bottom) and side cut outs(Made of G.P tube framed flex vinyl printed mentioning GURUVAYUR KSHETHROLSAVAM 2022 photos of Sreekrishna etc),decorating the stage ceiling with frilled cloths,covering the side stage outer area with fancy colour cloths etc. complete for 10 days in connection with Uthsavam 2022

Hire charges for providing Shamiyana pandal as needed including dismantling and removing after use.

Hire and labour for providing red carpet to the floor of pandal and removing after use.

Hire and labour for providing plat form of 30cm height for a period of 10 days with M.S angle frame and leg using M.S pipe and fixing plywood sheet 18mm thick inside the angle frame and platform including dismantling and removing after use

Hire and labour for providing door with G.I pipe frame and G.I corrugated sheet 0.40mm thick including dismantling after use.
