Cleaning of sewage line/ manholes blockages (including WC, Urinal, Kitchen and bathrooms) systematically using necessary toos mechanical pump and/ or manually such as by rodding, bamboo fanti and disc of required size (with safety measure gas etc) flushing with water the pipe until water clear the flow of sewage from both side between two adjacent manhole/gully traps or WC/NT of any size or depth, taking out sludge in semi liquid stage/ roots of tree etc including all water effluences etc and removing all materials from outside MD land and depositing in earth pit of suitable size including supply of sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 1. These complaints are to be attended on day to day basis with sufficient manpower and tools. 2.Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of earthwork & excavation, sprinkling sufficient bleaching powder including transporting the sludge & other materials in closed veichle. 3. Contractor shall employ min 02 Nos. Safaiwala daily for under mention locations: (a) 01 No. for OTM Zone "A" & Md Officer's Accn (Super new area) & (b) 01 No. for Civ/ Sailors Md Accn

Taking out (desilting) silt, bricks bats, debris, liquid waste, sludge in solid/semisolid state from the manholes/Grease/gully traps of depth not exceeding 1.0 m, including pumping out sludge wherever necessary, sludging, diverting the flow in the drain, if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge in deposit away from the edge of manholes as directed including use of safety belt, dry cells torch for lighting in side the manhole and taking similar safety measures and removing the sludge to a distance outside of MOD land and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 2 here-in-above but for manholes/grease/gully traps of depth exceeding 1.00 m but not exceeding 2.00 m.

Cleaning of septic tank, filter bed/ soakage well and inspection chambers of any size and depth, getting out sludge (solid/semisolid), bailing out water by mechnical equipement or manual and other accumulated materials complete, washing with the water and disposal of sludge to distance outside MOD land complete all as directed. Note : Quantity of cleaned dry solid per cum shall be measured and paid. The stack measurements are to be taken as final quantity.

Cleaning of 100 mm bore blocked Sewage lines in any depth by pressure Jet by using mechnical/ hydrulic pressure using Vehicle type hydrulic methods or mordern methods from manholes to manholes or manholes to cleaning eye or cleaning eye to clean eye untill the smooth flow of sewage line is restored including taking out sludge in semi liquid stage including all water effluences etc refixing man hole cover and removing all materials from site of work upto a outside MD land and depositing in excavated earth pit of suitable size including supply and sprinkling bleaching powder and covering sludge with earth after removal of blockage etc complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 6 here-in-above but for 150 mm bore sewage line.

Bailing out water from existing septic tank of 500 users capacity and filter bed including inspection chamber and getting out sludge and other accumulated materials complete by mannually or using the machinery for work in foul position or in liquid mud and disposal from site all as directed, including refilling with water all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris to a distance outside of MOD land and depositing where directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) as inground floor including removal of entire debris as ordered out side MD land complete all as directed

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for RCC structures (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) including removing of debris to a distance outside of MOD land and depositing where directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etclaid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) of 150 mm internal dia set in cement mortar including bedding and haunching.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250 mts but not exceeding 500 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) in benching / coping including necessary formwork mould and finished exposed surfaces fair and even complete all as directed.

M&L for Precast Reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm aggregate stone aggregate as in cover slab to Man holes set and jointed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed (Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid seperately.)

M&L pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

S & F 10 mm dia and over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required cranking including bending , hooking ends etc and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed granite stone aggregate) as in sub base, floors, pavings etc. finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L Machine pressed coloured chequered cement concrete tiles (PVC moulded) of size 300x300x25 mm thick (confirming to IS: 13801-1993) machine pressed with grey cement and pigments, set and jointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with coloured cement to match the shade and laying on 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.(Note: i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of tiles shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, PVC moulded precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006 , laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete complete all as specified and as directed.
