Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of stone aggregate of specific sizes to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 K.N. static Road roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening at the rate of 0.22 cum ( zero point two cubic meters) per ten square meters, to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading –II, 63mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimeters to forty five millimeters)size, 75mm ( seventy five millimeter) compacted thickness as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications clause No. 405 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental . The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (twenty five millimeter) compacted thick bituminous concrete with Min 40-60 TPH (forty-sixty tonne per hour) hot mix Batch type/Drum type plant with electronic control grading-II using crushed aggregate 13mm (thirteen millimeter) nominal size of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten ) @ 5.5% (five point five percent ) of mix weight transported to site, laid with censor paver finisher hydraulic with censor control to the required grade, level and alignment over a previously prepared surface and rolling complete with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) tonne capacity for initial break down, rolling and vibratory roller 8-10 (eight to ten) tonne capacity or pneumatic tyre roller of 12-15 (twelve-fifteen tonne) with tyre pressure of atleast 0.56MPa (Zero point five six) for intermediate rolling and finish rolling with 6-8 (six to eight) tonne smooth wheeled tandom roller to achieve the desire compaction as per MORTH technical specifications clause 509 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. Construction of embankment and earthen shoulders with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drains and foundation of all other structures or other sources graded and compacted in 200mm (two hundred millimeter) thickness in every layers and compacted with three wheel road roller 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) KN static weight roller to meet the requirement of tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per MORD technical specification clause 301.5 and as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including Octroi, Royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.
