Taking down existing damaged IWC/EWC along with complete PCC and line concrete from sunken floor and providing new IWC and water proofing treatment to sunken floor as per following stage :- (i) 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:2) with WPC at all around and base of sunken floor with proper slope. (ii) Applying a coat of 85/25 gde hot bitumen @ 0.7Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @0.5Kg/Sqm and then plastering of polythene film, 150 micron, natural colour with cold cut back adhesive. (iii) Fixing of 25mm dia GI pipe (med gde) spout of length 45 cm.
