Dismantling carefully the existing unserviceable HT/LT overhead line ACSR conductor, of any size, from any position sfter necessary disconnecting of conductor complete all as specified and as directed

Dehydration and filteration of transformer oil by using dehyderation and filteration plant, heating and filteration of oil to be carried out till the di-electric strength reaches not less than 45 KV withstand for one minute is achieved, for any capacity of transformer including testing of strength including draining out of oil and refilling of oil in the transformer complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- The contractor is required to submit the di-electric report after dehydration and filtration of each transformer before claiming payment.

Opening of all electrical connections HT/LT from the bushings/terminal box of the unserviceable distribution transformer , indoor/outdoor type from existing position/location, of any make & specifications, of capacity upto 315 KVA & transporting the transformer to authorised dealer workshop for repairs with opening of top cover including conservator, dehyderating breather and allied items, inspecting the same to assess the repairs required, making the joint inventories of unserviceable items/parts to carryout the repair works, cleaning , greasing and overhauling complete including taking out & replacement of unserviceable /worn out parts with new parts, fixing parts by draining out of transformer oil to make the transformer serviceable, refilling the transformer oil after repairing/dehyderation of oil to get the di-electric strength of oil upto 45 KV(rms), re-assembling after repairing and transporting the repaired transformer back to the work site, connecting all eletrical/meachnical connections, commissioning of transformer on load after testing complete all as specified & as directed.

Opening of all electrical connections HT/LT from the bushings/terminal box of the unserviceable distribution transformer , indoor/outdoor type from existing position/location, of any make & specifications,of capacity from 400 KVA to 630 KVA & transporting the transformer to authorised dealer workshop for repairs with opening of top cover including conservator, dehyderating breather and allied items, inspecting the same to assess the repairs required, making the joint inventories of unserviceable items/parts to carryout the repair works, cleaning , greasing and overhauling complete including taking out & replacement of unserviceable /worm out parts with new parts, fixing parts by draining out of transformer oil to make the transformer serviceable, refilling the transformer oil after repairing/dehyderation of oil to get the di-electric strength of oil upto 45 KV(rms), re-assembling after repairing and transporting the repaired transformer back to the work site, connecting all eletrical/meachnical connections, commissioning of transformer on load after testing complete all as specified & as directed.

Notes for Ser No 03 & 04:- (i) Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items as supply only in replacement. (ii) All parts/components replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacturer (iii) A Board of Officers shall be appointed by the Accepting Officer for the transformers required repair works and all inventory shall be prepared in presence of contractor/accrediated reps. (iv) Transformer oil required for certifiying/de-hydration shall be measured and paid seperately. (v) Additional Transformer oil required for Topping up shall be measured and paid seperately.

Disconnecting of HT cable and control wiring connections from existing bus bar and disconneting trolly including servicing of complete parts of RMU 3 way, cleaning with carbon tetra chloride, lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc including checking parts, repairs to control wiring with single core copper conductor of existing size as required at site for RMU 3 way, of any type, any make for satisfactory running including replacement of defective spare parts/items and applying one coat of 11 KV insulation paint on bus bar, spouts and other connected parts/items, re-assembling the same, re-connecting all HT & AC/ DC connections to make it functional including tesing on existing load complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of HT cable and control wiring connections from existing bus bar and disconneting trolly including servicing of complete parts of RMU 4 way, cleaning with carbon tetra chloride, lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc including checking parts, repairs to control wiring with single core copper conductor of existing size as required at site for RMU 4 way, of any type, any make for satisfactory running including replacement of defective spare parts/items and applying one coat of 11 KV insulation paint on bus bar, spouts and other connected parts/items, re-assembling the same, re-connecting all HT & AC/ DC connections to make it functional including tesing on existing load complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of HT cable and control wiring connections from existing bus bar and disconneting trolly including servicing of complete parts of RMU 5 way, cleaning with carbon tetra chloride, lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc including checking parts, repairs to control wiring with single core copper conductor of existing size as required at site for RMU 5 way, of any type, any make for satisfactory running including replacement of defective spare parts/items and applying one coat of 11 KV insulation paint on bus bar, spouts and other connected parts/items, re-assembling the same, re-connecting all HT & AC/ DC connections to make it functional including tesing on existing load complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting of HT cable and control wiring connections from existing bus bar and disconneting trolly including servicing of complete parts of RMU 6 way, cleaning with carbon tetra chloride, lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc including checking parts, repairs to control wiring with single core copper conductor of existing size as required at site for RMU 6 way, of any type, any make for satisfactory running including replacement of defective spare parts/items and applying one coat of 11 KV insulation paint on bus bar, spouts and other connected parts/items, re-assembling the same, re-connecting all HT & AC/ DC connections to make it functional including tesing on existing load complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for srl No 05 to 09: 1. Spare parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items as supply only in replacement . 2. Parts replaced shall be identical to those specified by original manufacture. 3. Parts of minor nature such as nuts, bolts, screws & washers required at site are deemed to be included in the cost quoted.

Taking out of burnt HT/LT primary/secondary winding from the unserviceable transformer or voltgage stablizers ,of any capacity,cleaning all the limbs, rewinding with supper enamelled wire of same weight, gauge etc of HT/LT winding with suitable gauge by calculatging mumber of turns as per voltage of transformer or voltage stablizer , varnishing and drying by vaccum impregnating, replacing insulating material, nuts,bolt etc including testing as per latest IS/BS specification to make it functional compete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for walls, shafts, manholes not exc 10 Sqm on plan or for laying pipes/cables etc and getting out, in soft/loose soil complete all as directed

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick each in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtrs & depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Sand cushioning to cable with a layer of sand 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying the cable (punned down to 18 cms depth after laying and stretching of cable ) with fine dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover , Class HVP type-1, peak size 300mmx180mmx40mm, laid flat for protection of cable , adjacent to each other, perpendicular to central axis of cable after taking down of cable covers as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary T&P for passing of LT/HT cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified & as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in coping ,padestal , foundation etc with & including necessary form work with fair finished to exposed surfaces without using extra cement complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable gang operated air breaker switch from two pole / four pole structure, and Supply and fixing of gang operated air breaker switch ,triple pole, mechanically operated , mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level using heavy duty GI pipe, for current rating 400 amps,out door type conforming to IS specifications, HT 11 KV , triple pole with fixed contacts of phosphorous , bronze and a set of drop out HT fuse assembly , fuse carrier fitting , 9 insulator type mounted on MS channel operating rod with pad lock arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed with and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer after taking down of cross arms as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing ACSR conductor, steel reinforced, Weasel, Beaver, Ferret, Mink including stretching on insulators on poles with minimum sag including binding wire , jointing sleeves, aluminium tap & PG clamps of suiatble size complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- The rates quoted includes (i) Jumper on cutout point,2 pole/4 pole structure shall be provided with PVC sleeves . (ii) Cutting of branches of trees coming across the OH line.

Supply and fixing in replacement pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 150 mm height, 150 mm dia, including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement disc type insulator, porcelain vitreous, 145mm high and 255 mm dia, ball and socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for feeder pillars box out door type made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less than 3.15 mm, of size 150 x 65 x 90 cm with copper bus bar strip 3 Nos of size 100 cm in length, 4 cm in width and 6 mm in thickness suitable for 11000 volt grade mounted on HT porcelain insulator, front opening door having two leaf braced with hinged, mounted on 4 Nos angle iron 100 x 100 mm x 8 mm, 90 cm long duly welded with box and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates block of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 15 cm ,top of box shall be of MS sheet duly bent in slope, tapper with projection of 20 mm on all side, weather / vermin proof with high quality of rubber beeding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side duly painted with red stove enamelled paint 2 coat over a primer coat after taking down/out feeder box as existing at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying,filling and pouring transformer oil, ISI marked, in sealed containers for Voltage stablizers and transformer, conforming to IS-335 with di-lectric strength not less than 50 KV and testing for strength including recording results complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (i) Empty sealed container shall become Govt property & shall be taken on charge through RV. (ii) Transformer oil shall be of make as specified. (iii) Purchase vouchers alongwith manufacturer's test certificate shall be produced at the time of payment.

Supply and fixing in replacement lightning arresters gapless metal oxide type consisting of Zinc Oxide varistors, FRP core and silicon housing with all fitting transmission class discharge capacity 65 kilo amps 11000 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour GI pipe 80 mm bore , light grade as in trenches, under road,under floor, fixed to wall with fixing arrangement with suitable size of MS clamps made from 40x3 mm size flat iron including nuts,bolts & washers or along the pole with fixing arrangement etc for cable protection including taking down old unserviceable GI pipe of any size/type & deposit to store complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately

Supply and fixing in replacement expulsion fuse single pole,drop out fuse, mounted on insulator & steel frame 100 Amps for 11000 Volt grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and preparation surfaces of existing feeder pillar box and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including removal of old paint by scretching complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the electrical connections, cleaning and preparation the surfaces after removing of old paint by scratching from existing transformer of capacity 60 to 100 KVA and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to entire exposed surfaces including writing of SM / MES number with proper alphabet / wording complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the electrical connections, cleaning and preparation the surfaces after removing of old paint by scratching from existing transformer of capacity 160 to 250 KVA and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to entire exposed surfaces including writing of SM / MES number with proper alphabet / wording complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the electrical connections, cleaning and preparation the surfaces after removing of old paint by scratching from existing transformer of capacity 315 to 400 KVA and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to entire exposed surfaces including writing of SM / MES number with proper alphabet / wording complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the electrical connections, cleaning and preparation the surfaces after removing of old paint by scratching from existing transformer of capacity 500 to 630 KVA and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to entire exposed surfaces including writing of SM / MES number with proper alphabet / wording complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground to depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level, with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level, connected to GI earth lead strip 32x6 mm upto 7.5 mtrs long by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connection to earthing test point & earth dolly including watering pipe GI 20 mm bore, light grade including protection pipe GI light grade 40mm bore , wire mesh, funnel,lugs, salt, charcoal dust, excavation and refilling pit chamber with PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates , RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechnically crushed stone aggregates pit cover slab 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways including necessary form work all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I (2009), including testing on completion including taking down of existing earthing as exists on site complete all as specified and as directed. Notes for srl No 86 & 87 :-- (i) Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe of earth lead shall be adjusted through DO. (ii) On testing if the earth resistance is not obtained, earthing will be generated at NO extra cost ,till the desired earth resistance is obtained. (iii) The chamber shall be constructed atleast 0.5 mtr away from the earth electrode.

Supplying , installation, testing and commissioning CPRI approved LT Panel board as per IS-8632, made out of 3.15 mm CRCA Sheet with angle iron base frame made of 40 x 40 x 6 mm thick angle iron, outdoor cubical type totally enclosed weather dust and vermin proof with front and rear opening of 415 Volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz ,internal wiring with copper conductor with & including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer and connecting all in-coming and out-going cable feeders with necessary cable glands, thimbles etc., embedded/ fixed/grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 block using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as foundation support , well finishing with cement mortar duly comprising of the following switchgear and accessories including taking down of old LT Panel as existing at site:- (a) Aluminium bus bar strip with insulation colour sleeves of capacity 630 Amp fixed on PVC heat shrinkable insulator heavy duty-04 Nos.

Supply and fixing in replacement Lead acid battery 12 volt, 150 Ah, maintenance free with minimum two year warranty for battery bank complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Exide / Amaron / Luminous
