S&F false ceiling of Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (E classic board), manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process confirming to IS-14862, of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 4 mm thick fixed over and including anodised aluminium powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main & cross member) of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mm X 600mm . The aluminium fram work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium 'L' section of size 25 mm x 25 mm x 1.5 angles etc. Snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4 mm dia Galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / truss etc by means of ceiling cleats made out of Galvanised iron flat of size 40 x 3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia 40 mm long complete all as specified directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Everest or equivalent as approved by GE

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sqcm and over in section, in any position, unframed work, complete all as specified and directed.

2nd class hard wood as in scantling clean sawn timber fixed in unframed, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc. 1.50 Sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.
