Contractor’s special attention is invited that the total quoted Amount againesd BOQ item No 1 to 3 shall not be less than minimum fair wages as notified by Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as GST, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc as applicable on the bid submission end date......

In case the total quoted amount is found less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as GST, EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc as applicable, his tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount amongst valid / bonafide bids only.

No compensation etc shall be admitted by the department due to rejection of bid on account of above said reason.

Hiring of resources for management, upkeep and day to day operation of air conditioning having BMS system facility, at technical area at AF station Jamnagar consisting of following machine all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge.

HVAC & Hot Water Pumps (comprising following machine) with one operator per shift of 08 hours for three Shift in a day (including Sunday & holiday) all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge. Note:- Minimum qualification of operator shall be ITI (refrigerant mechanic of highly skilled category) with 2 years experience for performing similar type of work.

Notes for all above mention items of this BOQ

Following works / instructions rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision.

(i) Contractor / his operator will be responsible to operate the all above plants / machinery when ever required and as asked / directed by AGE / JE during shift

(ii) The contractor shall not pay wages lower than minimum wages for labour as fixed by Govt of India / State Govt. / Union Territory (Whichever is higher) under Minimum Wages Act or Contract Labour (Abolition and Regulation Act). .

(iii) Contractor special attention is invited that payment of operator / helper shall be made only through Account payee cheque and same shall be deposited in Adhar link account of operator / labour. Documentary evidence for the same shall be submitted to Engineer -in-Charge before payment of RAR / Final bill.

(iv) Contractor and his person detailed for manning of AC Plant BMS system, AHU Operation and Electrician will be responsible for serviceability of complete system. In case of any major fault occurs in AC plant he will be report directly to concerned JE E/M / AGE E/M. contractor will be responsible for all maintenance checking and cleaning of AC plant rooms, CSUs room and all AHU complete room, BMS Rooms, chiller platform, Power House, panel rooms, RO Plant Room, DG set shead and surrounding areas complete.

(v) Necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rules and regulation of state /central govt. and necessary replacement will be provided by the contractor. Rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision.

(vi) In case absence of any operator / workmen from any shift will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the shift not taken in to consideration for payment.

(vii) Attendant / Operator wanting leave will get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave along with the name of individual who will be performing his duty/shift in his absence. No replacement of operator/workmen without the knowledge of department will be allowed.

(viii) Safety equipment's will be provided to all tradesman without any extra cost to government.

(x) All Operator should be wear complete uniform in one colour and Name plate and Firm name plate should be steach on pocket.

(x) Log book (Sheet), fuel consumption register, daily breakdown register and Daily / Quarterly / Half yearly Maintenance update, other requisite registers will be provide by contractor as proper performa and maintained by operator and get it signed by Engineer-In-Charge and contractor on daily basis and other details as specified in PS.
