ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTION TO TENDERERS:- 1. All the safety system and procedures and work permit system to be stricly followed. 2. The sfecifications shall generally be as per the IOCL ARC tender Specifications. 3.Third Party Inspection Report from Approved TPIAs for Equipment and sections is mandatory. 4. LPG for Gas cutting, Power for Fabrication works and Water will be provided by IOCL at free of cost at suitable point in the plant, cables and Switchgear, hoses as per OISD is to be provided. 5. Installation Work is to be done in piecemeal and it is required to restore the operational readiness at the end of a days’ work, 6.Although typical drawings are provided, vendor to design the sections for 5Kg and as per the site requirements and IOCLs Instructions and submit the drawings for approval. 7. Rates are for Door Delivery, Unloading at stores. 8. After Submission of Drawings if Galvanization is advised by IOCL then Additional cost will be reimbursed at rates not more than Rs 18 /Kg 9.Full Welding and removal of slag before Coating is to be ensured,
