Taking up Ductile iron / Cast iron/MS pipe water mains any type (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and tyton joints/lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in trenches in replacement of Ductile iron pipes K-7/K-9 Spigot and Socketed ends, centrifugally cast suitable for tyton joint in different lengths including rubber tyton joint and 'D' joints complete as per site condition of following sizes all as specified and directed.

Re-laying, jointing old CI/DI/MS pipe dia 80/100/150 mm after cleaning and connections in new or old position including transportation, flange lead joint and laid in trenches or on floors complete all as specified and as directed. (excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separetly)

M&L for DI/CIbends (any type, radius,tail pieces and angle) tapers any type straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket Etc) Tee pieces single branch, Y junction, double branch cross all socket or socket and spigot) collars, cops, upto 150 mm bore K-12 of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling / boring and tapping cast iron water mains (in position) for branch connections of the internal dia 20 mm complete all as specified and direted.

M&L for Straight plain brass ferrules (or connecting screws ) screwed both ends and fixed to CI pipes pipes of size 20 mm bore

Supplying & Fixing gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both end for iron pipe complete all as specified of the following sizes including dismantling the old unserviceable existing valve complete.

Taking out unserviceable sluice valve including S & F sluice valve, class PN-1.6, heavy duty, both ends flanged with gun metal spindle & check nut and all nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc; including dismantling of old unserviceable sluice valve complete of the following sizes (Note :- for these sluice valves which are fixed with pillar of over head tank work involve such as breaking of PCC/Lead flange joints will be deemed to include in the rate quoted & contractor will also repair the damaged floor etc,to match with existing. ( joints shall be measured & paid for seprately)

Taking out unserviceable non return valve supply and fixing connecting and testing non return valve horizental flow both and flanged class 'B' as per IS specification and conforming to IS -5312 including flange joints etc for the following sizes.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve chamber of internal size 1.05 x 1.05x 1.05 Mtr (Internal dimension) with sub class 'B' bricks in CM (1:6) with 3mm thick MS Sheet cover and angle iron frame made out of 40x40x6mm with 2 Nos MS hinges welded to angle iron frame including lifting hook & locking arrangement duly painted with one coat of black bituminous paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete with necessary earth work, brick work, PCC bed, cement plastering, finishing including dismantling and removal of old unserviceble valve pit remains from site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 10 here-in-before but for 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm (Internal dimension)

Cutting of road/dismantling of any interlocking paver blocks from pathways making good as existing disturbed surface all rates are included complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm stone aggregate for providing, cement concrete in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string course lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as directed

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5mtr wide and not exe 1.5 mtr in depth for laying GI pipe/ CI Pipe etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning fillingin soil from excavation including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exe. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated (surplus soil) to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1: 6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bib taps 15 mm bore, Bib taps, cast iron with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bib taps 20 mm bore, Bib taps, cast iron with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out steel tubing from from trenches/or from any site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following sizes complete all as specified and directed (excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid separetly)

Supply & Fix / lowering of Power driven Submersible pump set of capacity 25 HP for 200 mm dia bore well series suitable for 60 mtr head 1000 LPM, water cooling type complete with elctric motor of suitable size all as per manufacturer’s design including Supply & Making all fixing arrangement as per site requirement like NRV, reducer, flange and GI safety rope with PVC cover of suitable size and making electrical connection with jointing material complete all as specified and directed . Note :- It is certified that 05 Nos of submersible pump have already been installed under CA No GE/RKE/53/2023-24 (M/s Badrinath Traders) and 02 Nos remaining which is catered in the job no RKE/SRW 'C' (MES Instln)/02/25-26 (Serial No 02 & 12 of BOO)
