REPAIRMAINTENANCE OF HT LT VCB, ACB, AND CHANGE OVER PANELS AND APFC PANELS AT NPOL KOCHI

M & L for Maintenance of HT/LT VCB/ACB of rating from 400 Amp to 3600 Amp 415 Volt 50 Hz of any make installed at substation/MRS at NPOL complete by taking the shut down with prior intimation cleaning of panel by removing dust, check the snatch gap,check the travel,check the tightness of contacts,check the entire mechanisam operation and replacing of damaged spares during the service.check the condition of closing and tripping spring ,check the VCB racking mechanism,apply lubrication where ever required. Note: Unit rate include for preventive maintenance / attending break down as and when required. Relay calibration and setting as per load condition. Condut the following test to ensure the panel work properly

(a) IR Test with 5 KV IR Tester (b) Contact Resistance Test (CRM) (c) 3Pole Timing (d) Checking the servicebilty of control circuit, relays, fuses and Electrical /Mechanical interlocks. (e) Replacing the spares such as Shunt release, UV release, tripping/Closing coil shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Note : (a) Rate Quoted deemed to be including cost of replacing small piece of control circuit wires up to 1.00 Mtrs , LT fuses and Push buttons for ON/Off if required . (b) Contractor should attend the complaint on call basis on emergency .

The preventive maintenance of Schneider make CCT2 RMU as per schedule below 1.Checking and cleaning of termination boot & bushings and cable compartments . 2.Visual inspection of RMU (including SF6 level)and opening of gland plate area. 3.checking of batteries ,relays ,FPI and RMU. 4. Inspect control wiring for continuity. 5.Checking of mechanical interlocks and latches . 6.Operate the RMU minimum 3 times manually& electrically. 7.Lubricate the mechanism portion. 8.Checking IR with 5 KV IR testor.

Supply and fix in replacement Volt meter 0-500 Volt digital type, Three phase of size 96 X 96 mm flush mounted case in existing panel including wiring from bus bar to volt meter terminals so as to match with the existing control wiring complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer - in-charge [Make: Neptune/ AEI/ Meco/L&T/ Elmeasure/ Schneider ]

Supply and fix in replacement digital Ammeter of size 96 X 96 mm flush mounted of range from 50 Amp to 3500 Amp , three phase connected from CT ratio -/ 5 A in existing panel with necessary wiring from CT to Ammeter and so as to match with existing control wiring complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer - in-charge .[Make: Neptune/ AEI/ Meco/ L& T/ Elmeasure/Schneider.]

Supply and fix in replacement current Transformer of following rating ,Indoor type, insulated ring type tape wound /resin cast in existing panel including taking down old unserviceable CT's of any make /rating complete all as specified and as directed by the engineer - in-charge . Note: Each pole locations / Distance between Two poles of Distance maximum up to 30 Mtrs is considered as One job irrespective of number of tree branches for cutting tree branches for over head lines .

M & L for cutting the tree branches at a distance not exceeding 2.0 Mtrs way from Street light poles /fitting , roof top of E/M Installation of G+0 Building of tree branch size up to 50 mm dia as directed and deposited the removing branches at a distance not exceeding 100 Mtrs from Road /Path. Note: Branch cutting around 2.0 Mtrs area to a 3 Nos street light pole is considered as one Job.

S& F in replacement on load change over switch of 630 Amp , 4 pole in existing panel with necessary modification in bus bar arrangement if required all as complete as directed by EIC .Make: L & T/ Havells

M& L for wiring from CT's inserted in Incomming Switch gear/Bus Bar for sensing the instantaneous power factor to APFC relay with two run 2.5 Sq mm PVC insulated FR conductor passing through PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia surface type fixed on wall/Panel with necessary saddles and fixing arrangements complete all as specified and as directed. Note: 2 runs of cable along with conduit shall be measured as one running unit.

M & L for removing and replacement of porcelain busbar supporter (Approx 200 Nos) with new as of same size, including removing and replacement of deteriorated SS Screws (Aprox 250 Nos, 1½ inch or 2 inch) SS bolts, nuts and washers (Approx 200 Nos) etc in the existing Galvanised Iron/copper strip of any size upto the end connected to equipment all as specified.
