REPAIR TO ROAD FURNITURE AND INTERNAL ROAD SURFACES AT PALCHAN UNDER AGE (I) R AND D MANALI.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description & in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (unreinforced), complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slab and chequred tiles /paver of any description or thickness in floor aprons etc laid bedded in pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for renewal of cement concrete tiles (chequered/interlocking paver) in patches not exceeding 5.0 sqm, including removal and cleaning of old tiles, preparation of bed with coarse sand, laying/setting, jointing and pointing with new or old tiles of matching colour, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 75mm thick PCC type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour , design & pattern as in footpath,parks lawns,drive way or light traffic parkings etc of required strength, thickness & size shape made by table vibratory method using PU mould laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern finishing and sweeping extra sand as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type-C1, using 20 mm graded aggregate in coping ,packing, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for thermoplastic reflective road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine on existing black top/ concrete surfaces for centre non-continuous strip and continuous side strip of 100 mm wide and 2.50 mm thick including preparation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Road cat eyes solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100x100x20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model no.DA 972.0 to give the maximum reflection which enhnaces the visibility of the vehicles during dark and bad light conditions fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair convex mirror 800 mm dia made up of polycarbonate reflective mirrors, outdoor use with hood and complete with mounting hardware for upto a height of 1500 mm, above GL and 45 cm below the GL with medium grade MS pipe 50 mm dia including two coats of anticorrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer body made of ABS embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 of block size 30x30x45cm including PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 in foundation and necessary excavation in post hole complete all as specified and directed

Supply fabrication and erection of mandatory / warning sign board of shape equilateral triangle (of size 600 mm) / Octagonal ,Circular confirming to IRC: 67 -2012 standard, fabricated with 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel in non metallic colour of approved shades consisting of 2 mm thick mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5 mm thick). The aluminium composite panel sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on exposed face and polymer (Service) coating on other face, with degreasing treatment & fine grinding on front side for proper pasting of Reflective sheet, Supply & pasting self adhesive retro reflective sheet with Micro prismatic Lens (diamond grade / OMNI grade Type VIII & IX), High intensity paste over ACB (one side) ..as base and with cut out massage / symbol (Right curve / left curve / Horn / speed limit / stop / look / go / No overtaking / round about/ drive slow etc including borders, letters, numerals etc IRC : 67 -2012 standard) with retro reflective sheeting (as mention hereinbefore of different colour), pasting as per manufacturers instruction., all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
