Net NPA shall not be more than limit fixed by the Finance Department, Government of Karnataka every year, from time to time. The limit shall be fixed before 1st July of every year and the limit so fixed will be valid from 1st July of the Current year to the 31st July of the next year (Circular No. FD 91 TAR 2022, Dtd:02.07.2022).

Capital Adequacy Ratio shall not be less than 10% for RRBs and not be less than 12% Public Sector Bank and Private Sector Bank.

Net Worth of: Rs. 5000 Crore in respect of Public Sector Banks and shall have profitability track record of at least 2 years out of immediate 5 years (Circular No. FD 91 TAR 2022, Dtd: 02.07.2022). Rs. 5000 Crore in respect of Private Sector Scheduled Commercial Banks and shall have profitability track record during the preceding 3 consecutive years. Rs.1000 Crore in respect of Regional Rural Banks and shall have profitability track record of at least 2 years out of immediate 5 years (Circular FD 91 TAR 2022, Dtd: 02.07.2022).
