COMPREHENSIVE MAINT OF MODERINIZED WATER SUPPLY (SCADA) DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INCLUDING ALLIED AND CONNECTED WORKS AT INS RONACHARYA, SMA RAMESWARAM UNER GE FORT KOCHI

Comprehensive maintenance of SCADA based water supply pumping and distribution system including repairs, maintenance, servicing and operating of all PLC panels and all connected circuit and accessories as required for all the modernized water supply infrastructure as described below by authorized well trained and qualified technician of OEM or through authorised service provider of the OEM or any other agency dealing with the installation and maitenance of SCADA system having vast experience in the relevant field capable to maintain & operate the SCADA system round the clock at SMA Rameswaram and INS dronacharya (distance between the stations is 6 KM) under GE Fort kochi :- (A) Servicing and maintenance / repair and replacement of defective components / spare parts of PLC based control panels including all accessories such as modem, antenna, communication cable etc. installed at various pump houses and locations, OHTs and Master control station . Existing SCADA system of PLC -Make 'Mitsubishi',SCADA softwarre of 'Facory talk view' built by Rockwell Automation.

(B) Repair / maintenance by disconnecting, cleaning greasing for wear and tear complete servicing, lathing / metaling if required re-installing and commissioning as directed by Engr-in-Charge of all motorized and solenoid valves, Pressure Transmitters, Ultrasonic and magnetic level sensors etc complete. The scope of work covers for the following also:- (i) Any changes to the Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), e.g. Changes in ladder logic of programme, changes in operational timing, etc. (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC). (ii) Any changes to the SCADA software, e.g. Changes in report format, changes in operational screens, creation of soft keys, (limited to the scope of items covered under this AMC). (iii) Submission of pass words, operator's manual, trouble shooting manual circuit diagram, schematic diagram and layout plan related to SCADA system required for smooth functioning and all as per Manufacturer's instructions.

(iv) SCADA reports related to all the systems to be submitted/mailed to AGE / JE on every week with details of:- (a) Attending and completion of break down within the specified time frame (ie within 4 hours of reporting) & submitting records showing the date & time of reporting and completion. (b) Maintenance, repair and replacement of unserviceable spare parts as required at site with date and time of completion all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. (c) All the calls related to unserviceability / break down of the system should be attended within 4 hours, if failed to do so, penalty charges of Rs 1000/- on each day shall be imposed until the system gets repaired for smooth functioning. (d) The quoted rate shall also inclusive of all the charges for the communications, i.e. 01 No BSNL broad band connection with static IP at SCADA room and GPRS enabled data cards / OFC used in all PLC based panel related to the scope of work.

Repair, maintenance and servicing of SCADA server Make : HP, monitor Make : Samsung, Printer Make : HP Laser Jet P1108 all as directed including necessary updating, antivirus etc upkeep the service for the mentioned period.

Note for Item No. 01 to 02 :- The components / spare parts to be repalced during the repair and maintanance shall be measured and paid as 'Supply Only' under respective items. However, cost of taking down the old one and fixing new spare parts and consumables such as grease, cotton waste etc shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for Sl. item nos. 1 to 2 above.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 250 mm dia. three phase, Motor Actuated sluice valve, hand wheel for manual operation and having 02 Nos. limit switches for Open / Close condition, 2 torque switches and valve position indicator including taking down existing valve complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. The mounting shall be direct/ indirect type using specialized extended type arrangement of GI pipe / plate of suitable size/thickness, angle irons and indirect mounting adaptors including raising of existing chamber if required so that actuator mounting is at least 12 inches above ground level complete all as specified and as directed. Make: EMTORK/ABB/SCHNEIDER/L&T/SIEMENS or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only single phase Preventer Model 1 : VSP D2 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Minilec/L&T/Schneider/Siemens or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only Relay with base 4 C/O 24V DC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: IDEC/Salzer/Omron/L&T or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only Relay with base 4 C/O 240V AC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: IDEC/Salzer/Omron/L&T or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only I/O module for Programmable Logic Controller complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Mitsubishi/Schneider/ABB or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only water Level Controller PCB-10 Level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : RDS/Splash/ICS or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only water Level Controller PCB-5 Level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : RDS/Splash/ICS or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only push button with LED Indicator- 240 V A.C, Colour / Red / yellow / Green complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: L&T/C&S Electric/SIEMENS or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Rust proof, maintenance free Magnetic float switch sensors for OH tanks with following specifications: Principle: Magnetic, Magnet: Ferrite Ring: Float and Guide: ABS, Switch: Reed, Connection cable: 2 core Teflon Cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: CRYSTAL/MAHALAXMI/RDX or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only of Pressure Transmitter 0-16 bar pressure, output 4-20 mA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Danfoss/Indfoss/Rapid Control or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only Electric motor 230 V AC supply suitable for actuator of 50/80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: EMTORK/L&T/SCHNEIDER/SIEMENS or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only Electric motor 230 V AC supply suitable for actuator of 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: EMTORK/L&T/SCHNEIDER/SIEMENS or equivalent as approved by GE.

Servicing of Motorised Butterfly Valve of 50/80mm dia size i/c removing, cleaning, greasing, checking for wear and tear complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Spares if needed are not included in the above.

Servicing of Motorised Butterfly Valve of 150/100mm dia size i/c removing, cleaning, greasing, checking for wear and tear complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Spares if needed are not included in the above.

Supply and fixing of 5 Pair, 0.5 sqmm cross sectional area copper conductor cables, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with suitable dia DWC HDPE pipe, laid in trenches/ laid under floor or fixed make with walls / on poles/in ducts/in GI pipes etc including taking down of old item complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. Note : Rate deemed to be inclusive of rate of DWC HDPE pipe of suitable dia for protection of the cable. Make: POLYCAB/FINOLEX/FSC or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing of 2 core, 1.5 sqmm cross sectional area armoured copper conductor cables, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with suitable dia DWC HDPE pipe laid in trenches/laid under floor or fixed make with walls/on poles/in ducts/in GI pipes, etc including taking down of old item complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rate deemed to be inclusive of rate of DWC HDPE pipe of suitable dia for protection of the cable. Make: POLYCAB/FINOLEX/FSC or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing of 4 core, 1.5 sqmm cross sectional area copper conductor cables, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with suitable dia DWC HDPE pipe laid in trenches/laid under floor or fixed make with walls/on poles/in ducts/in GI pipes, etc including taking down of old item complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rate deemed to be inclusive of rate of DWC HDPE pipe of suitable dia for protection of the cable. Make: POLYCAB/FINOLEX/FSC or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing of 6 core, 1.5 sqmm cross sectional area armoured copper conductor cables, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated and PVC sheathed with suitable dia DWC HDPE pipe laid in trenches/laid under floor or fixed make with walls/on poles/in ducts/in GI pipes, etc including taking down of old item complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Rate deemed to be inclusive of rate of DWC HDPE pipe of suitable dia for protection of the cable. Make: POLYCAB/FINOLEX/FSC or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only ultrasonic level sensor range 0-5 M complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: L&T/SIEMENS/HONEYWELL/ABB or equivalent as approved by GE.

Note for item Nos 3 to 30- All equipments and components, etc. for item Nos 3 to 30 above shall be made in India only.
