1. Specification of proposed Green House (Size 32x18’ ) : a) Door : Rectangular iron door frame, inner door dimension; 5 X 2.8’ approx; UV stabilized triple layer 16mm polycarbonate sheet panel with hook for supporting extra protective covering for winter. b) Window: 3 nos (2’ X 2’ approx), (02 on metal frame, 1 one side wall). c)Above ground metallic frame; MS rectangular hollow pipe (80x25x3mm, at approx 4’.6”-5’ distance between angle to angle horizontally and 3’2”-3’6” distance vertically as per width of the polycarbonate sheet; joints welded/nut bolt; pipes paint with red oxide and enameled coating. d) Supporting poles: Two nos of metallic supporting poles (50mm MS pipes) approx 9’ length above ground; 1’ below ground) to support GI roof. Wielding/nut bolts of joints; base supporting angles properly nut bolt with anchor bolt; foundation of the supporting poles should be of cement concrete, poles to be fixed on foundation plate with nut bolts; metallic pipes paint with red oxide and enameled coated. e) Roofing: Roof made of coloured pre-painted GI sheet of size 10’ X 4’ X 0.6-0.7mm properly anchored and covered with mud or soil of 5inches thick. Roof to be given support with truss of MS pipes (50mm). f) Cladding material:- UV Stablized Triple layer polycarbonate sheet, 16mm thick, anti UV protected on both sides, clear white (approx 64 sq mtr area) on above ground metallic frame with extra support of aluminum T beading (20x3mm width) fixed with nuts and bolts and silicon sealing gaps (if any). Polycarbonate joints should be on the metallic frame. g)A metallic pipe (50mm, approx 3 feet length, bend at one side) on one side of the wall at ground level for irrigation purpose.

Specification of proposed Green House (60ft x24ft ) : a) Door: - Rectangular iron door frame, dimension 6’x 2’8” approx, UV stabilized triple layer 16mm polycarbonate sheet panel with hook for supporting extra protective covering for winter. b) Window: - 4 no’s (one no 2’x2’ approx on side wall (three nos 2’x2’ on metal frame) with provision for opening. c) Above ground metallic Frames:- MS rectangular hollow pipe (80x25x3mm) duly bended in required shape at approx 4.5’-5.00’ distance horizontally and 3.2’-3.6’ vertically as per width of the polycarbonate sheet, joints welded/nuts bolts: pipes paints with red oxide and enameled coated. d) Vertical Poles:- Two nos of 50mm MS supporting poles of approx size 63’ each to support the roof e) Supporting poles:- Four nos of metallic supporting poles of approx (50mm MS pipe) to support the roof (approx 9-10’ height above ground and 1’ underground) and four nos of support pole in middle of the green house structure (approx 6-7.5’ height above ground and 1’ underground. Welding/nut bolt of joints base supporting angles properly bolt with anchor bolt. f) Foundation of supporting should be cement concrete, poles to be fixed on foundation plate with nuts bolts. g) Metallic pipes paint with red oxide and enameled coated. h) A metallic pipe (50mm approx 3 ft length bend at one side) on one side of the wall at ground level for irrigation purpose. i) Roofing: - Roof made of coloured pre painted GI sheet of size 10’x4’x0.6-0.7’mm properly anchored and covered with mud or soil of 5 inches thick roof to be given support with truss of MS pipe (50mm). j) Cladding Material:- UV Stablised Triple layer polycarbonate sheet 16mm thick anti UV protected on both sides clear white (approx 110 sq mtr area ) on above ground metallic frame with extra support of aluminum T beading (20x3 mm width), fixed nuts and bolts and silicon sealing of gap (if any): poly carbonate joints should be on the metallic frame
