CANTEEN KITCHEN: Supplying, Fabricating, and fixing Single Skin Wall Type Exhaust Hood with 1.0mm thick AISI, 304-grade #4 finish JINDAL Stainless Steel sheet, with Detachable Battle Filters, Grease Collecting Tray:- Stainless Steel hood with oil collection channel, detachable oil collection tray, channels for holding the detachable baffle filters. The hood should be fully welded body construction and set at an angle of 45 Degree in full length with the bottom of filters set in continuous S.S channel etc. complete in all respect as per standard specification. The work includes all civil and connected electrical works like demolishing, plastering the sides and finishing the area neatly, necessary supports with 10mm GI fully threaded hanging rod with suitable dash fastener at standard intervals as per standard specification.

Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning of Exhaust Blower of ABB Model: 500, 5HP, 1440RPM, 3 phase 415V, 100mm Static Pressure, 7357 CFM, Note: Separate arrangements for dual ducting for each blower shall be provided in the hood.

Supplying and fixing DOL Starter of L&T Make, Relay Range 5 to 8 Amps, Relay set 7 Amps, Wiring from Starter to Blower with 3 X 6 sq. mm + 2 X 6 sq. mm earth wire in medium duty PVC conduit with clamps.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of exhaust fans of size up to 450mm in the Exhaust duct, fixing with necessary anchor bolts / bolt and nuts etc, as required including giving connections with the supplied wire along with the exhaust fan of Almonard make 900 RPM. the work includes wiring with independent switch etc. with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in medium duty PVC conduit, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable, modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box etc. complete in all respect.

16.2.2 Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, hangers, supports with 10mm GI full threaded hanging rod with suitable dash fastener at standard intervals etc. as per approved drawings. Site fabricated GSS sheet metal rectangular ducting as per IS 655-2006 for 0.8 mm thick. make: Tata/ Jindal/ Equivalent- The work includes all civil works like demolishing, plastering the sides and finishing the area neatly.

16.13 Gl volume control duct damper- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Gl volume control duct damper complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, screws linkages, flanges etc, as per specifications.

Supply and installation of powder coated aluminium air louvers with bird screen as per the approved quality. Exhaust /Fresh Air Louvers- Make: Airmaster /Systemair /Equivalent.

KITCHEN FLOOR GRATINGS

Supplying, fabricating and fixing the Stainless Steel Floor Gratings, Made out of SS304 1.2 mm Base Trench with 2 Level Multi filter, bottom to be of Basket type to be fixed by bolt and nut into a 100mm SS 304 pipe drain outlet, secondary filter to be laser cut tray type with 2 collapsible handles, both ends sloped towards to the drain. Removable gratings Laser cut out of 2mm SS 304 Sheet. equally spaced at 20mm with half round laser cut grooves for anti slippage. The work includes cutting of floor tile/kota stone and placing the gratings in cement mortar and finish the edges neatly with matching colour pigment complete in all respect. 1000x300x75mm
