Repairs to 05 cusec multi stage V.T pumping unit no.02 of lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn Zogiyar by way of : a) Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of 05 cusec V.T pump unit no.02 of lift irrigation scheme Zandfarn Zogiyar to workshop for repairment using appropriate means of transport like Mahindra Bolero, Tata mobile up to lead of 10km : b) Machining of bowl parts on lathe machine to remove oval ties and damaged portions of bush seat and wearing seat of each bowl to make proper size and shape of the bowl parts (01 c- job). c) Fabrication, providing and fitting of sleeves SS-410 for shafts six no as per sample ( total weight 18kg). d) Fabrication, providing and fitting of G.M bush with rubber insert to three no bowl assembly as per sample ( total weight 9kg). e) Fabrication, providing and fitting of G.M bush with rubber insert to centre kit three no as per sample ( total weight 8kg). f) Providing and fitting of M.S nuts & bolts (6kg), adhesive material for bowl stages for completion of work. g) Fabrication, providing and fitting of G.M neck ring six no as per sample (12kg). h) Repairs to damaged three no impellers by way of fabrication G.M metal collar acting as neck ring for each impeller on both sides by way of welding, turning, finishing etc on lathe machine with the help of skilled labours, tools& tackles for the completion of work .( 10kg). i) Back Carriage and reassembling of entire pumping unit in a sequential manner for proper fitment and alignment of mating parts at site. The job involves fitting of nuts& bolts for column pipes, discharge bend, base plate etc. and testing on full load. j) All tools & tackles for assembling of pumping unit shall be provided by contractor.
