Boring,providing and installing bored cast-in-situ reinforced cement concrete pile of specified diameter (450 mm dia piles)and legth below the pile cap in M 25 cement concrete,to carry a safe working load not less than specified,excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of boring with casing ,welding charges and/or bentonite solution and temperory casing of appropriate length for setting out and removal of same and the length of pile to be embeded in the pile cap etc.all complete including removal of excavated earth with all lifts and leads dispose earth to be levelled and neatly dressed(Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) including insertionn of mild cage in the well bore and breaking of pile heads including removal of bad concrete,chippping as directed complete including carriages.

Earth work in excavation by manual/mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan/over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 m in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 5km from site /edge cutting or as directed by EIC. disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil including pumping out water caused by springs,tidal or river seepage,broken water means or drains and the like complete.

Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed dry including all carriage and cost of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (crushed) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding C/o centering and shuttering all work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone agg. using 20mm nominal size) including curing complete including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding C/o centring and shuttering finishing and reinforcement all work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation footings, bases of columns etc .for mass concrete including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS non modular bricks of class designation 75 upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) including all carriages and cost of materials involved upto site of work complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clesrestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Silver or imported kail wood including all carriages..

Supply and filling, watering and compacting of sand/ nallah muck/ GSB or equivalent under floors including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and fixing of 40X5mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30X10X15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including all carriages leads lifts etc.

Providing colour coated (HI rib)G. S. sheet roofing fixed with GI self screws with pvc caps of matching colour design and pattern as per directions of Engineer-in -charge bolts and nuts excluding the cost of purlins,rafters and trusses with 0.50mm thick including carriages all complete.

Providing coloured ridges /hips of width 60cm overall width plain GS sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI limpet and Bitumen washers complete 0.50 mm thick including carriages Complete

Providing and fixing of plain eaves boarding 300mm x 40 mm (nominal size) imported kail wood incl cost of nails including all carriages complete.

Vertical load testing of piles in accordance with IS 2911(Part IV) including installation of loading platform and preparation of pile head or construction of test cap and dismantelling of test cap after test etc copmplete as per specification& direction of Engineer in charge .Single pile upto 100 tonne capacity including all carriages
