The Tenderer must be OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or Authorized dealer of OEM.For Authorized dealer current Dealership Authorization Certificate from OEM should be uploaded along with offer.

Tenderers must submit performance documents such as scanned copies of recent Purchase Orders / Inspection Certificates / Receipts Notes of Zonal Railways / PU's for the tendered items . Please note that non submission of such documents shall be taken as they are not having any such past performance and their offers shall be considered further as per extent rules

(a) MSE sources, for availing benefits under MSME Act, should upload valid documents maintained under MSME act such as MSIC certificate etc dully marking the tendered item in the certificate,otherwise, claim for benefits under MSME act may not be entertained. (b) MSE source owned by SC/ST should upload necessary documents to get the benefits of being owned by SC/ST. Otherwise, claim for benefits under MSME act may not be entertained.

a) All the tenderers are requested to furnished offered Brand/Make, if any.there also requested to attached the technical literature/ leaflet. any deviation with respect to tender description is specifically to be mentioned in their offer.No,further correspondence regarding Make/Brand/ Deviation will be done after opening of tender.
