Removing / Taking out of sand (fine aggregate) and saw dust from small arms range / firing butt. The serviceable materials of sand and saw dust are segregated by sieving and stacking a side for re-use complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for fine aggregate (approved sand) and saw dust mixed at (3:1) ratio (three part of sand and one part of saw dust) and spread, levelled, compacted to a true and inclined finished surface, complete all as specifed and as directed.

Description all as per Ser Item No. 02 above but except sand and saw dust complete all as specifed and as directed. Note- (i) Sand and Saw dust are obtained from Ser item No.01 (ii) Mixing ration shall be 3:1 (three part of sand and one part of saw dust).

Removal of sand and saw dust obtained from Ser item No.01 above and excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed of a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for foundations or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specifed and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (unreinforced) (below or above ground level) complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ PCC block masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specifed and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/ walls laid bedded and pointed in any mortar etc. including removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (Steel or RCC) any section of security/cattle fencing including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling of wire mesh / chain link fencing of any description and any type complete all as specifed and as directed.

S & F Framed work in doors or gates of angle section with gusset plate braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting including hooks etc conforming to Fe-410-0 complete all as specifed and as directed.

S & F MS Posts and Struts in fencing, including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets, bolts and round bars (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specifed and as directed..

Supply Only Chain Link MS galvanized fencing of any size , mesh or type complete all as specifed and as directed.

Fixing Only Chain link fencing including lines wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specifed and as directed.

S & F in Repairs Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2.0 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Taking down and re-fixing of galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tyting and crossing with the provision of galvanized MS wire staples or steel pins etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in Repairs punched tape concertina coil of dia 450 mm fixed to angle iron brackets with necessary accessories like straining wires, fixing clips etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Welding in repairs exc 25 mm but not exc 50 mm in length and thickness of metal to be welded not.exc 6 mm complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete block masonry walling type C-1 mix PC 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggraegate) and setting in CM (1:4) with solid blocks exc 10 cm in width complete all as specifed and as directed.

Description all as per Ser Item No. 24 above but except PCC blcocks complete all as specifed and as directed. Note :- PCC blcocks are obtained from demolition against Ser Item No 11 above

M & L for Plain cement concrete type D- 2 mix PCC 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L Providing plain cement concrete type B- 2 mix PCC 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specifed and as directed..

M & L for Plain cement concrete PCC 1:2:4 type B- 1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for Providing precast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B- 1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for cover slabs set in CM 1:6 including necessary form work complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 6 mm to 8 mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, hooking end and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 mix (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base , sub floors etc complete all as specifed and as directed.e.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC ,1:2:4 type B-1 mix (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors and concrete is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick, 38 mm width inserted in position complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with gray cement and pigment etc, complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for Sand (cushioning) filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for Coloured Chequered tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey pigment cement & pigment etc including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick(1:4) for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for Granite (of any type) 18-20 mm thick, work table, rubbed and polished in steps, jambs, piller, window cills, cooking platforms and like including pointing in white cement (1:2),with admixtures of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for 450 mm dia bore reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP- 2 laid and jointed complete with collars including taking out unserviceable pipe complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and rendering is to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifed and as directed.
