Providing services for skilled Data Entry operator for works like operating of computer with full knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, internet knowledge, generation of reports and returns, data entry, typing of letters, cutting / pasting / copying, making presentations and upkeep of files as index sheet, locate No., back reference, forward reference, opening and closing of files with subject and file No., photocopying and faxing, receiving and disposal of dak / letters by maintaining of register, deploying person(s) 12th class pass from a recognised board and minimum two years experience with good working and practical knowledge about relevant trade, minimum typing speed of 35 wpm, well behaved and disciplined, complete all as specified and directed, as per details below:- Note(s): (i) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall possess a valid ID proof. Daily attendence will be done by the engineer-in-charge. If the deployed person is not efficient / performing the job as given above and absent from duty or found indisciplined / misbehaving, he shall be removed / disallowed from the duty after 07 days notice and recovery @ Rs. 707- per day shall be affected on this account by the Engineer-in-charge. (ii) Work desk, computer and stationary shall be provided by the department.

Skilled Data Entry Operator services at the office of CWE (AF) Chandigarh (any one section as directed), for three data entry operator of shift 8 hours (9.00 AM to 5.00 PM) for five days in a week (Monday to Friday). Note:Rate quoted by the bidder shall be per shift per person.

Providing services for un-skilled peon works like conveyance of message / files / letters within the office complex / station, photocopying, layouting of files & maintenance, dusting of office as doors / windows, table, chair, almirahs, name plates, office equipments etc. and other related works given by the section incharge, deploying person(s) 10th class pass from a recognised board, well behaving and disciplined, complete all as specified and directed, as per details below:- Note(s): (i) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall possess a valid ID proof. He shall have to wear the uniform during duty hours. Daily attendence will be done by the engineer-in-charge. If the individual is found absent from duty or indisciplined / misbehaving, he shall be removed / disallowed from the duty after 07 days notice and recovery @ Rs. 534- per day shall be affected on this account by the officer-in-charge. (ii) Duster, stationary etc., shall be provided by the department.

Providing services for unskilled safaiwala (dry & wet) for works like daily cleaning / sweeping and mopping of floors, toilets, roof top, staircases & railings, cleaning of walls, ceiling, roof, courtyard, parking area, drains, store yards, offices, electrical installations, water supply installations & other sorrounding areas etc. and cleaning/ disinfection of toilets, washrooms, kitchen, rest rooms & all wet places including sanitary fittings like cleaning of WCs, WHBs, sinks, and all traps upto the first manhole including rearranging of furniture after cleaning & cleaning of doors, windows, window panes, removal of cob webs, as directed by the officer-in-charge, deploying person(s) having 8th class pass certificate with minimum one year of experience, well behaving and disciplined, complete all as specified and directed, as per details below:- Note(s): (i) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall possess a valid ID proof. He shall have to wear the uniform during duty hours. Daily attendence will be done by the engineer-in-charge. If the individual is found absent from duty or indisciplined / misbehaving, he shall be removed / disallowed from the duty after 07 days notice and recovery @ Rs. 534- per day shall be affected on this account by the officer-in-charge. (ii) Broom, buckets, dustbins, mopers, cleaning agents etc. as required shall be provided by the department.

Unskilled Safaiwala services at the office of CWE (AF) Chandigarh, for one safaiwala of shift 8 hours (8.00 AM to 4.00 PM) for five days in a week (Monday to Friday. Note:Rate quoted by the bidder shall be per shift per person.

Unskilled Safaiwala services at the office of GE (AF) Chandigarh, for Eleven safaiwala of shift 8 hours (8.00 AM to 4.00 PM) for four days in a week (except Wednesday and Saturday) & for shift of 6 hours (8.00 AM to 2.00 PM) for two days in week (Wednesday & Saturday). Note:Rate quoted by the bidder shall be per shift per person.

Providing services of skilled electrician for works such as external & internal electric maintenence works like day to day complaints such as repair / replacement & providing new wiring, DBs, MCBs, tube lights, sockets, switches, lamp holders, ceiling roses, fan ragulators, light fittings, street light fittings / components, and other connected works upto 1100Volts AC electric supply system, with connection to E/M installations, power houses, DG set etc. as directed by Engineer - in - Charge, deploying well behaved and disciplined persons, as per details below:- Note(s): (i) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall possess a valid ID proof. He shall have to wear the uniform during duty hours. Daily attendence will be done by the Engineer - in - Charge. If the individual is found absent from duty or indisciplined / misbehaving, he shall be removed / disallowed from the duty after 07 days notice and recovery @ Rs. 707/- per day shall be affected on this account by the officer - in - Charge. Providing services of skilled carpenter for carrying out day to day complaints such as repair / replacement of doors, windows, vents, builders hardware, cupboards, furnitures, electric box / boards etc. and connected works for B/R, E/M and B/S formations, all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge, deploying person 10th class pass from any recognized education board, well behaved and disciplined, as per details below:- Note(s): (i) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall possess a valid ID proof. He shall have to wear the uniform during duty hours. Daily attendence will be done by the officer - in - Charge / Engineer - in - Charge. If the individual is found absent from duty or indisciplined / misbehaving, he shall be removed / disallowed from the duty after 07 days notice and recovery @ Rs. 707/- per day shall be affected on this account by the officer - in - Charge. Providing services of skilled pipe fitter / plumber for maintenance works to internal & external water supply system, including all types of plumbing & sanitary repairs / replacement works upto 150mm dia bore pipe line, bib cocks, stop cocks, valves, pillar cocks, mixer, showers, flushing cisterns, WHBs, WCs, Sinks, OHTs etc. and connected works, in building / premises all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge, deploying person(s) 10th class pass, well behaved and disciplined, as per details below:- Note(s): (i) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall possess a valid ID proof. He shall have to wear the uniform during duty hours. Daily attendence will be done by the Engineer - in - Charge. If the individual is found absent from duty or indisciplined / misbehaving, he shall be removed / disallowed from the duty after 07 days notice and recovery @ Rs.707/- per day shall be affected on this account by the officer - in - Charge. Note:Rate quoted by the bidder shall be per shift per person. NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM No.4.00 TO 6.01: Contractor shall deploy minimum 25% manpower (tradesmen only) ITI qualified. The experience for the ITI & Non ITI qualified shall be one year & three years respectively.

Providing services of Helper / Mazdoor of un-skilled category, to help tradesmen for carrying out repair / replacement works for maintenance and upkeep of B/R, E/M & B/S assets, and other connected works, all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge, deploying person 8th class pass, well experienced, well behaved and disciplined, as per details below:- Note(s): (i) The person shall be deployed after police verification & shall possess a valid ID proof. He shall have to wear the uniform during duty hours. Daily attendence will be done by the officer - in - Charge / Engineer - in - Charge. If the individual is found absent from duty or indisciplined / misbehaving, he shall be removed / disallowed from the duty after 07 days notice and recovery @ Rs. 534/- per day shall be affected on this account by the engineer - in - Charge.
