Procurement of LT cables

Bidder shall furnish PO copies of 1.1kV or above rated underground cable of value not less the 42.78 Lakhs. In proof of the same bidder should submit (up load) copies of purchase order for having supplied the above material to any major power PSU/central/State Generating/Distributing company/major industry issued by competent authority. In case of authorized dealers, PO copies submitted should be in their name not on their principals.

The bidder shall be a Manufacturer/Authorized Dealers of Havells, KEI, Finolex, V- guard only for power cables. Authorization letter from manufacturing company shall be furnished in case supplied by authorized dealers.

The Bidder shall have achieved, in his name/firm, an average annual turnover of Rs. 85.56 Lakhs in at least two financial years, of the preceding five financial years i.e, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26. As a proof of this, the bidder shall furnish Annual turnover certificate, Balance sheet and profit & loss statement duly certified by Chartered Accountant.
