Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match. over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified ( screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (1st quality) over one coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Demolition of existing roof treatment complete of any description and including taking down existing tarfelt including tiles, lime concrete and screed bed complete from roof surfaces including parapets and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc. 50m and n. exc. 100m including roughening of old concrete surface of roof , cleaning the surface by wire brushing to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 with WPC @ 200 ml per bag of cement on roof slab maintaining the slope and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: WPC shall be paid and measured seperately under respective item.

Material and labour for preparing the roof surfaces with clean, dust free on dry surfaces for water proofing treatment as follows :- (a) One coat of bituminious primer @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm is applied on the roof and parapet (b) 3 mm thick polymetric membrane weight not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric ( wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on the hot bitumen applied surface. With overlaps maintained at 10 cms and 7.50 cm at side. APP membrance shall be fixed thermo-fused by flame torch as per manufacturer instruction. Polymeric membrance shall be be taken to a height of 60cm (minimum) and inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and finished by membrance flashing. (c) Finished with two coats of alumnium paint over APP membrane as per manufacturer instruction complete. Note: The work shall be carried out through authorised applicator of manufacturer and APP memberance and primer shall be of same manufacturer.

INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION Taking down carefully aluminium conductor point wiring (light,fan,socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators ,sockets etc. and removing (except those to be reused shall be kept in safe custody at the site ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.to match with the existing complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for surface point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of working voltage 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 Pt I & II of 2000 drawn through and including PVC conduit of adequate size having a wall thickness not less than 1.5 mm with all accessories (including cutting chases & making good the disturbed surface to its original specification), including provision of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated (FRLS) unsheathed single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor, connected to main switch / DBs or common earth dolly for one light / ceiling fan /exhaust fan/ bell/buzzer point controlled by one 5 Amps one way switch complete all as specified and as directed for light /fan point controlled by one way switch 5/6 amps. Note: Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.
