Providing of Cable Trench and Mesh fencing to the newly constructed 11KV Electrical Substation

Excavation of trenches in Hard/dense soil of required width for laying of GI pipes, cables and retrieving the existing cables etc., including dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, suitable depth including getting out the excavated soil and the returning the soil including consolidating each deposit layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed by Engineer in charge and complete all labour and material

Supply and providing of R.C.C. M 30 mixing (360 Kgs of cement per M3 of finished concrete) in roof slabs, landing slabs, staircase slabs culver slabs and similar type of slabs etc., with 20 mm graded granite metal of approved quality as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate including mixing, depositing in position, vibrating, finishing and curing, cost of super plasticizer etc., including necessary shuttering as required complete. as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and tools.

Supply and providing of P.C.C. 1:3:6 with 20 mm graded granite as coarse aggregate and river sand as fine aggregate (220 Kgs of cement per M3of finished concrete) including mixing, depositing in position, tamping, finishing and curing for base/pole concreting, road cutting etc. as directed by Engineer in charge including all labour and tools.

Supply and fabrication of steel by using suitable flats, angles, channels of required sizes to provide required cross arms, back clamps, support clamps, frames for clamping of cable to existing wall cutting, bolting, riveting, drilling, welding etc. including providing one coat of zinc rich epoxy paint primer complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Laying of 3 ½ core x 95-185 Sq.mm aroured aluminuim conductor cable in the existing trench with through GI pipe / to the pole/wall to the clamping as directed by Engr. I/c complete with all materials Note: Cable shall be supplied by VPT at free of cost

Providing and fixing G.I tublar gate (double shutters) with 40 mm dia, G.I. pipe and specials including diagonal pipes and frame welded to approved weld mesh of 75 x 25 mm size (3.15 mm x 5 mm dia) including painting with one priming coat and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and shade (total three coats) etc., with locking arrangement, necessary MS flats, iron pintels etc., including fixing in CC bed block as directed with 12 mm dia, bolts and nuts, washers etc., as required complete with all material, tools tackles as directed by Engineer- in- charge

Supplying and fixing galvanized steel chain link mesh of 50 mm x 50 mm openings and 10 gauge as per IS 2721-1979 including bending, tying with G.I. wire / welding etc., as directed by the EIC complete with all material, tools tackles as directed by Engineer- in- charge.
