RequiredThe bidder should have proven experience of not less than 3 years in, manufacture, supply and testing as per IS at the works. Bidder should confirm this & submit the documentary evidence.

RequiredBidders not meeting the requirement as at above but is authorized by OEM for sales can also participate, provided they have valid ongoing authorization with OEM for offered material Valid for three Years as on date of bid submission. Submit the authorization, experience certificate & Performance letters with bid.

RequiredThe bidder shall furnish along with the bid, type test report, conducted in accredited National laboratory as per the relevant IS or any equivalent standard for Fire Extinguisher. The type test report shall not be older than Seven (07) years and shall be valid as on the last date of submission of bid.

RequiredThe bidder should have supplied same nos. of offered Qty. of Fire Extinguisher during the last 3 years in Government,Private sector,utilities. Copies of the purchase orders and completion shall be submitted along with the bids.

RequiredBidder shall have to submit performance certificates along with the bids as per Annexure X.

RequiredSELF-ATTESTED Copy of PAN CARD

RequiredSeal & Signature of contractor must be required on all document of technical bid and Tech Specification

RequiredAnnexures with Technical Bid.

RequiredBidders Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) for best three years out of last five financial years as annualized shall not be less than the estimated amount of this tender

RequiredLast quarters Liquid Assets should not be less than 20percent of estimated amount as on invitation of tender.
