REPAIRS TO COOLING TOWERS WITH CONNECTED PIPE LINES AND CLEANING OF DUCTS INCLUDING REPAIRS OF AHU AT ALL FLOORS IN TECHNICAL AREA OF NPOL KOCHI

M & L for Robotic cleaning of AHU ducts, Diffusers, Grills complete in 1st to 7th Floor of R&D building, Anupaman Auditorium and Workshop at NPOL & Robotic cleaning of FCU ducts in Library Hall at NPOL including final Robotic inspection & submitting of process video CD of the before -after status as completion report along with certificate from OEM ,necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for removing and replacing of V belt (Each Set contains of 3 Nos) of AHU blower with new as per existing size including necessary alignment of pulley and shaft with tools required complete all as specified and directed. Make : Fenner / Dunlop/Delta or equivalent

M & L for Removal of existing leakage portion of cooling tower bed alongwith necessary valves and water flow switch/nozzle and replacing with new parts like cooling tower bed/valves/water flow switch/nozzle complete including necessary transportation upto the site all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for checking the AHU double skin filters including removal from site after switching off the blower in AHU room and taken to AC plant cleaning it with water and necessary chemicals , drying up and fixing it back all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of 3 phase blower in AHU room by shutting down the plant and carefully removing the equipment out of site and taken to workshop for cleaning, painting greasing and rewinding of the motor if required. The cost of rewinding shall be considered separately.

Dismantling /Cutting existing 125mm /100mm condenser water MS pipe line from existing position including 125/100mm butterfly valves, and fittings such as pipe supports, elbows ,tees and reducers after shutting down the AC plant. Note: The old pipe lines and Valves shall be issued to contractor in Schedule of credit.

M&L for fixing in repairs 125 mm condenser water piping made out of MS pipe with necessary fittings like pipe supporters, elbows, tees and reducers fixed in place and paint with epoxy complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in repairs 100 mm condenser water piping made out of MS pipe with necessary fittings like pipe supporters, elbows, tees and reducers fixed in place and paint with epoxy complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for dismantling of blower shaft of AHU (From First Floor To Seventh Floor) of up to 100 TR capacity, by removing the belt and pulley, blower drum, and re-mentling the shaft and filling of metal at decayed portions including all welding, turning, polishing and other machine works required to make the shaft of required shape and size, as original, balancing the shaft and refitting in AHU including re-assembling the blower, pulley etc with and including replacement of new bearing of existing size, testing the AHU for satisfactory operation, complete all as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of aluminium spray paint on any kind of metal surface with and incl preparing of surface by scratching / removing rust, dust and old paints etc with wire brush, emery paper, grinder etc and making surfaces smooth for achieving better grip between surface and primer, complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for Descaling of cooling tower upto 100 Ton including cleaning of choked sprinkles/nozzels/water circulating pipes (condenser to cooling tower ) descale with descaling Chemical suggested by manufacturer of chiller machine after drain out water from cooling tower, removing scale from cooling basin etc with help of steel wire brushes and draining out solution and filling of fresh water for checking leakage in pipes including replacing flange packing ,nut bolts etc , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Dismantling /opening air filter ,nut bolts ,tray for AHU including cleaning of cooling coil complete with coil cleaner solution and high pressure water of any capacity AHU including rectification leakage of refrigerant and making complete cooling coil in functioning condition and refixing same air filters, nuts ,bolts tray complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for cleaning ,removing oil ,dust & rust by using sand paper or any method on all types of steel/metal based iron surfaces of compressor, AHU's, refrigerent & water piping ,base plates, motors.AHU's cable duct ,LT panel, MS chanel, make up water tank etc of any shape, size and description , with and including preparation filling cavities if any and applying one coat spray painting with synthetic enameled paint of approved quality with and including E/M & MES Srl No. making neatly on each machine complete with connected accessories and components of 30TR Capacity Ac Plant complete all as specified and directed

Taking down carefully existing false ceiling of any type / make / size including all electric fitting/fixture, fire alarm and any other accessories etc for repair/replacement of AC duct and refixing the same in its original position without any damage complete all as directed. Note : If, any kind of damage occurred to false ceiling and other services like electric supply cable / fitting / fixture, fire alarm, water supply line or any other services, due to negligence or poor workmanship of contractor, the same will be repaired/replaced by the contractor free of cost and no extra payment will be made in this effect to the contractor.

Supply, fixing and laying, in replacement of GI duct fabricated from 22 Gauge GI Sheet of any dimension/cross-section with and including all necessary fixing arrangement and support to roof and connected accessories i. e. nut, bolts, fastener, flat iron strip, clamps etc and taking down of old duct alongwith accessories, complete all as directed.

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Thermostat, LCD display, with temperature display suitable for summer/winter season complete with control wiring to connect with motorized valve and LT electric Panel board all as specified and directed Make - Seimens /Honeywell

S&F Contactor (as per existing One or as approved by GE), suitable for fixing in LT Panel Starter of Central AC Plant and Providing Electrical Connection including Taking down Old Unserviceable One, complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE : BCH/GE/ L&T/ SIEMENS

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth strip 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including provision of 40 mm GI Tubing, light grade and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI light grade including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with CI cover, Charcol, salt, funnel, wire mesh, GI strip Up to 7.5 mtrs length complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Earth continuity conductor fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32 x 6 mm dia galvanised iron strip
