M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of wood/ wood based materials of any description over 10Cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel/ iron of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Preparing old decorated surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment, scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of walls & ceiling including roof projection / chajjas and by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade on Two coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.9 lit/10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing old decorated surfaces by scraping down, washing, rubbing down and stopping of painted surface of walls & ceiling including roof projection / chajjas and by hand held sander / long handle sander including cornices, pilasters etc (Plastered or unplastered surfaces) and applying Finishing walls with one coat of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade applied (@ 0.72ltr/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, stone or concrete surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water to receive plaster a, etc complete all a specified.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of stone masonry/brick/concrete surfaces or surfaces other than fair faces of brick work, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on surfaces of brick work/ stone masonry /concrete surface, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete.

M & L for Rendering 5mm thick plaster in CM 1: 4 to ceiling, finished even & smooth with using extra cement complete

M & L Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall incl sweeping clean with brush to remove loose dust, sand, etc and applying two coats of heavy duty waterproofing coat (Dr Fixit Wounderproof-1 or equivalent) by mixing water @ 25-30% to make slurry coating and allow 4 to 6 hrs time for drying up of first coat before application of second coat in perpendicular direction of first coat and further left to dry for 4 hrs complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturer instructions.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls by applying chalk whiting, preparatory to distempering and evenly applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) on walls all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces including cornices, pilasters etc and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified.

M&L Preparation of newly plastered surface and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Removing the plant/growth of any description size, any location of external surfaces of walls shafts by cutting & remvoing the roots completely spraying the suitable chemical (each plant 100 ML) in the removed portion to avoid re-growth & making good damaged portion to match the existing surfaces by PCC type B0(1:2:4) 12.5 mm graded aggregate complete all as directed by Engr In Charge (Chemical :- Gramzone/Roundup or equavalent suitable chemical to remove / destroy the plants / roots)

M & L complete removal of existing treatment of wall and applying 3mm putty on old plastered surfaces, including rubbing with sand paper and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) Distemper shall be applied with roller finish.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) each area exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450mm X 300mm X 7mm / 350 x 250 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over & including 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L 20mm thick Granite(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, incl 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Moulding to Granite(single or double) slab including rounding off edges for 20 mm thick slabs including grinding and polishing

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as in vertical partition, pillar laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, any discription from wooden / metal frame incl glazing pins and beadings all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Taking down carefully exising unserviceable aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power), complete (fitting such as switches,ceiling rose, pendent, regulators etc) removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately and making dood disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of old unserviceable sub main wiring of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch / cut out / DBs of any type / capacity / description as existing at site including necessary making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS, with multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), two single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI-694 marked drawn through in and including heavy duty, PVC concealed conduit of white/ ivory colour including all accessories after chasing in wall/ceiling etc, heavy duty ISI marked, with GI sunken boxes 1.2 mm thick, 60 mm deep with earth dolly duly, covered with modular white cover plate with frame suitable for modular switches, including PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly all as specified and directed for the following :-
