Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonary/PCC Block masonary work built in cement mortar.

M&L precast cement cocrete block masonary (Type C1 1:3:6 )with solid blocks exc 10 cm width and setting in CM 1 :6 all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement and sand mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18mm thick Multiwood covered kitchen cabinets, inside depth not less than 0.50M , water proof, termite & Borer proof, corrosion free with melamine polished shutter and auto closer counter sunk hinges, stainless steel handles complete all as specified and as directed. M&L cement Plaser in two coats 8mm thick in CM 1:4 using WPC over 12mm thick in CM (1:6) on external surfaces is to be finished even smooth with out using extra cement with using Approved WPC complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : WPC shall be meassured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule)

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces internal cement plaster in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces is to be finished even smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete ceiling surfaces is to be finished even smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered external wall surface and applying two coats of antifungual paint/weather proof paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for preparation newly plastered internal surfaces of wall and applying one coat of 2 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying 2 mm thick wall care putty and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer all as specied and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of whitewash all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation & complete removal of existing treatment on internal surfaces of walls, and applying one coat of 2 mm thick wall care putty on old plastered surfaces, and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing surface finishes of external wall, preparation of surface and applying two coats of antifungal paint (weather proof) paint over a coat of primer over 1.5mm thick wall care putty in two layeres, complete all as specified and as directed Note:- Application of paint, primer and wall care putty etc shall be as per manufacturer's instructions and shall all be carried out through authorised applicator of approved manufacturer all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling all as specied and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old wooden surface of any description over 10cm in girth/width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new wooden surface of any description over 10cm in girth/width and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down tar felt (water proofing treatement) on roof slab incl cleaning and removing tar felt material and disposing to a distance of exc 250m not exc 500 m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment with cement mortar 1:4 admixed with NitoBond SBr or equivalnt @ 1 litre per 50 Kg bag of cement. Down take rain water pipe Annuar space packing using Conbextra GP2 or equivalent mixed water and filling as per manufacturers specifications. water ponding for minimum for 48 hours and injection grouting of construction joints, leaking spot and honey combs with cementious pressure grouting with 40psi pump using Cebex 100 or equivalent @225 gms mixed to 50 Kg bag of cement incl joints packing using polymer modified mortar. Providing and applying water proof coating using fosroc Nitoproof 600 or equivalent, over dry surfaces and 1.5mm thick with 02 coats with interval period of 6 hours over a sustrata at a coverage rate of 2 Kg/ sqm using spray/ squugee/roller/brush. Water proofing coating shall have the elongation of 500-700% (ASTM D412-90), tera resistance of 21Kn/m (ATMD624-00) and tensile strength of >1.9 N/mm2. Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min 300mm height above the finalised floor level as per vendor recommendation. Laying 200gsm non-woven geo textile membrane over Nitoproof 600 coating with overlap sealed before providing screed concrete 1:2:4 mix type B1 with approved water compound to maintain drainage of water easily complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be meassured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule.

M&L for antitermite post costruction treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry using chemical emulsion @2.25/linear meter including drilling and plugging holes etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for antitermite post costruction treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole300mm apart floors including drilling and pluging 12 mm dia holes with CM1:2 to match the existing all as specified and directed.

M&L for antitermite post costruction treatment of voids in masonary using chemical emulsion one litre/ hole at 300mm intervals incuding drilling hole at 45 degree and replugging them with cement motar 1:2 to match existing floor all as specified and asdirected.
