Replacement of HPSV BFL fitting by LED fitting under SHQ BSF JSMR N (S.H. BOP Dinanath and Manara of 26 Bn and BOP Bhuttewala and RK Talai of 20 Bn

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of one set of Non Integral LED Fitting with external driver and external SPD of wattage 150 Watt each of CCT 3000 K, efficacy not less than 120 lumen/watt & total system lumen not less than 18000 each, outdoor type, IP66 rating, pressure die cast aluminum housing, THD is less than 10%, PC/PMMA lens, efficient heat sink, driver, SPD, etc., suitable for operational input voltage range of 120-270 volt, with 5 years Warranty, conforming to relevant BIS and IES standards on existing 11 meter (approx.) high steel tubular pole i/c providing new wiring inside the pole from the MCB of control gear box to the fitting on the top of the pole with 3 nos., 3 core 1.5 sq mm (3X1.5 Sq.mm) PVC insulated and PVC Round Sheathed, Multicore Copper Conductor flexible Cable i/c connections etc. complete as required. Total nos of LED should be minimum 60 nos in each luminary. The external driver and external SPD shall be fixed in new control gear box which shall be paid separately under item no. 2. (One set shall consist of SITC of 3 nos. of luminaries with external driver, 3 nos SPD and 3 nos connecting cable from MCB to luminaries) i/c dismantling of existing fittings and all allied accessories etc. as required (Make Orient/Crompton/Havells/Philips/Surya) as required as per the direction of Engg-in-charge

Fabricating, Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of pole mounted outdoor type double door control gear box of dust and vermin proof (CPRI approved and to be provided by LED OEM) size not less than 500 mm(L) X 700 mm(H) X 150 mm deep made out of 2.0 mm (14 SWG) thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated having thickness of 60 micron (minimum) with hinged type single leaf door & pin type panel lock, suitable size 2.00 mm thick M.S. sheet inside the box as baseplate to accommodate all the accessories i.e driver, SPD, MCB, connector etc. for 4 Nos LED fitting (03 nos. existing & 01 no. for future extension) and having suitable size hole with gasket to seal entry of water from wire entry through the existing Pole/nipple in pole, 1.6 mm thick perforated M.S. cover plate of 550 mm X 400 mm (minimum) size housed inside the box for covering SPD, Driver, MCB mounting on surface, knock out for MCB's, powder coated painting, fixing the box on pole by using 2 sets of 50 mm x 5 mm thick MS strip and U clamp with all necessary nut bolts, painting of clamp, earthing the body with 2 nos - 6 SWG GI wire from bus bar chamber to control gear box & door earthing with flexible green wire etc complete as required. (NOTE:- The control box of IP rating not less than IP54 shall be supplied by OEM of LED fitting with their brand embossed / laser engraved). This item shall include supply and installation of following accessories for execution of item no 1 & 3 to be accommodated in the control gear box with suitable size copper lugs/thimble, dressing all wires using PVC tags, screws etc. and necessary wiring by 2.5 sq mm copper wire for connection and interconnection etc. as required: i) Supplying and drawing 3X4 Sq. mm. FRLS PVC insulated Copper conductor cable from the existing bus bar chamber to MCBS installed in control gear box (as incomer). ii) Supplying and fixing 6 way 16 A brass neutral link with bakelite base in the box- 2 nos (as earth & neutral link). iii) Supplying and fixing 3 way 6 sq.mm- Polyamide tinned copper connector -12 nos. iv) Supplying and fixing din bar suitable for 4 nos SP MCB & 01 nos TPN MCB. v) Fixing of LED Driver- 3 nos. vi) Fixing of SPD - 3 nos. .

SITC of pole mounted outdoor type dust and vermin proof CPRI approved 100 Amp 4 way IP-54 protection cubical type Al bus bar chamber of size 400X300X150 mm fabricated with 2 mm (14 SWG) CRCA sheet, suitable for operating voltage of 415/440 V, having short circuit withstand capacity of 25kA epoxy powder coating of 60 micron to give superior & lasting finish, bus bar support should be made of DMC so as to give proper insulation, hinged type single leaf door with locking arrangement. Bus bar chamber should have removable gland plate for incoming and outgoing cable of nominal size 3.5x35 Sq mm from the bottom and left/right to give connection to the control gear box, through suitable size gland, bus bar chamber will be fixed on pole with 2 sets of 50 mm x 5 mm thick MS strip and U strip with all necessary nut bolts painting of clamp, earthing studs 2 nos. etc complete as required as per the direction of Engg-in-Charge.
