Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) embedded in concrete, brick work , masonry etc any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes in Soft/loose soil,each n.exc. 0.5cum,getting out, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc. 50m and making good surface.

M & L PCC Type D2 (40mm graded aggregate) 1:4:8 in foundations,filling and mass concrete.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provission of binding wire. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made )100mm long, 12mmm dia with hexagonal or sqsuare head at one end and screw the other, or screwed bolt ends, each screw end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm but n.exc 10cm long.

S&F MS flat iron fillets for securing to wire mesh with angle/rcc Posts including cutting tops to shape as directed,drilling holes,notching for wire etc.: including all necessary drilling,bolting and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel oil painting over priming a coat of red oxide zinc chrome including preparation of new untreated steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth.

Demolition of concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glass dividing strips, 38mm wide, 3mm thick and inserted in portion to confirm to design complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor, finished surface even and fair without using extra cement all as specified.

M&L Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles all as specified.

M&L for Squared rubble walling Jodhpur type, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over items as above for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type, brought upto courses complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for keyed pointing, to squared rubble, coursed or uncoursed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggragate) for block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar, 1:6 for kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floor.

M&L for 30mm Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation under paver blocks

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size rubber moulded confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade With grey cement and pigments.

M&L for pre polished chemically treated rubber moulded chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 30cm x30cm x 20 to 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigments in neat cement slurry laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6. in floors and path complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removing excavated material to a distance exc 500.00 M but n exc 1.50 Km and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.50 KM above starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete factory made kerb stone with 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded Stone aggragate) solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar,CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface/untreated old surface of brick, stone, concrete, asbestos plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint in different colour over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete/stone walls/ceiling/chajja or in any possition, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete/stone work in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using exctra cement, in any possition.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls, applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.
