ARCHITECTURAL FINISHING WORKS

Supply & Installtion of Over head Kitchen using, Prelaminated Medium Density fibre board of exterior grade-1 as per IS 14587, Overhead kitchen units over existing kitchen platform/counter ( approximately 600 mm in height and 300 mm in depth) as per the following specifications and enclosed sketch. 1) The frame work or carcass of the cabinets, its sides/bottom, shelves etc. shall be made out of 16mm thick with 0.8mm edge band, Pre laminated Medium density fibre wood with exterior grade-1, as per IS 14857 in approved vendor or equivalent make as specified in the contract.. Each shutter shall be fixed to the framework /carcass by using two numbers of best quality of Auto soft close Hinges in approved vendor as specified in the contract or approved equivalent make and provided with an approved quality and profile brush finished SS handle 300 mm long 'C' type of 304 grade material. (2) The shutters shall have 16 mm thick MDF exterior grade-1 frame around with necessary cleats, clips. The thickness of four edge PVC lipping for shutters shall be 2mm thick, thickness of edge lipping of carcass/Prelaminated MDF partition should be 0.8mm and thickness of four edge lipping around the rebate of shutter shall be 0.6mm. The lippings/banding shall match with the external laminate shade. 3) The back side of over head unit shall be covered and fitted to carcass with 6mm thick with MDF by making proper grooves at joints and using non-corrossive screws. All shelves shall be supported on approved quality SS pins and shall be adjustable for various height requirements. The over head cabinet carcass shall be fitted to the wall with PVC capped 2mm thick concealed MS hanging brackets each having width of 15mm and depth of 50mm @ 2 brackets for each cabinet which is fixed on wall with necessary auto expandable bolts / screws. (4) All exposed surfaces and internal surfaces of the units shall have machine pressed lamination.having thickness 1mm and 0.8mm respectively of approved shade and pasted with synthetic resin based adhesive in approved vendor or approved equivalent etc. (5) The wooden frame for shutter shall be made of minimum 70 mm wide & 17mm thick marine plywood with lamination, wherever required. (6) Measurement will be taken based on front length and height of wooden shutters only. (7) The quoted rate including all lifts, leads, installation complete handing over etc, complete.. All necessary hardwares, wooden members filling the gaps shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply & installation of kitchen units below existing kitchen platform/counter ( approximately 750 mm in height and 600 mm in depth) as per the following specifications and enclosed sketch. (1) The carcass of the cabinets shall be 4sides of the cabinets, including drawer fascia/ sides/bottom, shelves etc. shall be made out of 18mm thick Marine ply BWP grade 11 with 0.8mm edge band in specified approved vendor or approved equivalent make & provided on all the exposed surfaces with 0.8mm thick laminate including 0.8mm thick PVC lipping at the edges. (2) Shutters shall be made out of 18 mm thick Marine ply BWP grade 11 as per IS 710 in specified approved make or approved equivalent make). Each shutter shall be fixed to the framework using two numbers of best quality of Auto soft close Hinges as per approved make and provided with one approved quality and profile brush finished Stainless Steel (SS) handle of grade 304 with 300 mm long. (3) 1 No of SS 304 grill size of 200mmX100mm fixed on shutters at the mid portion shutter at the gas cylinder. (4) The unit shall be firmly fixed to the walls/slabs/floor using non-corrosive metal screws of appropriate size and rawl plugs. (5) All exposed surfaces and internal surfaces of the units shall have machine pressed lamination on both sides of approved shade having thickness 1mm and 0.8mm edge band respectively of approved shade and make and pasted with synthetic resin based adhesive in approved make or approved equivalent etc. 6) The thickness of four edge PVC lipping for shutters and drawer fascia shall be 2mm thick, thickness of edge lipping of carcass/ plywood partition should be 0.8mm. The lippings/banding shall match with the external laminate shade. (7) Payment shall be made on the basis of front elevation area of units only. It is clarified that sides, top and bottom surfaces will not be measured for payment. 8) The wooden frame for shutter shall be made of minimum 70 mm wide marine plywood with lamination, wherever required. The quoted rate including all lifts, leads, installation complete handing over etc, complete.

Supply & Installation of Wardrobe inside the bedrooms using Prelaminated MDF with exterior grade-1. The wooden frame for shutter shall be made of minimum 70 mm wide & 16mm thick MDF exterior grade with lamination, wherever required. (1) The double leaf shutter with 16mm Pre laminated MDF with 0.8mm edge band in approved make or equivalent make, each shutters having 4no's auto soft close hinges of best quality EURO type Slip/Auto Hinges as per approved make or equivalent and provided with an approved quality and profile brush finished SS handle with 300mm long of SS304 grade. (2) The thickness of four edge PVC lipping for shutters and drawer fascia shall be 2mm thick with shade matching with the external laminate. (3) All exposed surfaces and internal surfaces of the units shall have machine pressed lamination having thickness 1mm and 0.8mm respectively of approved shade and make and pasted with synthetic resin based adhesive approved or equivalent etc. (4) The wooden frame for shutter shall be made of minimum 70 mm wide & 16mm thick MDF exterior grade-1 with lamination, wherever required. (5) Measurement will be taken on the basis of front length and height of wooden shutters only. (6) The quoted rate including all lifts, leads, installation complete handing over etc, complete qith all necessary hardwares, wooden members filling the gaps shall be included in the quoted rate.
