M&L for coloured Non skid ceramic joint free floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectanguler) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exeeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non skid ceramic joint free floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectanguler) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exeeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350 x 250 x 7mm / 450 x 350 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick backing coat of mortar in CM 1:4 for laying wall tiles finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster in cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including removal of debries to out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or stone walls to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on stone / PCC block masonry wall surface, including mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions, finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured & paid separately.

M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on on ceiling, ifinished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls & applying two coat of Distemper oil emulsion over a coat of chalk alkali resistant primer as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Note : (i) For item to be replaced under repair (day to day complaint) contactors trade man should report to complaint cell daily and take complaint from concren JE and after attending complaint he should give feedback and return the complaint slip to concern JE in the evening at 17.30 Hrs on same day. (ii) B/R complaint to be attend within 24 Hrs from the receiving of complaint, other wise panalty of Rs.500 per complaint per day will be imposed on contractor. In this regard decision of EIC and GE will full, final and binding to contractor. (iii) Being a maintenance contract site will be handover to contractor as per complaint received from user and as per site requirement. (iv) Rates for above shall be inclusive of rates quoted by contractor against BoQ/Sch 'A'. No extra payment in this regards be made to the contractor.
