Repair, Overhauling and Re-winding of Ceiling Fans, Exhaust Fans and Air Circulating Fans in HWPM Colony 2024-26

Re-winding of Ceiling fans/Exhaust fans/Wall mounted air circulating fans of different maked like Crompton, Orient, Khaitan, Bajaj, GEC, Almonard & Usha etc. Operating on 1-Phase, 230Volts, 50Hz AC Power supply upto 500Watts capacity incluing replacement of Bearings, Bushesetc as per the Technical Specifications and as directed by the Engineer Electrical. Note: 1) All materials are under the scope of the Contractor 2) Removed old winding (Copper Wire) is the property of department and shall be handed over to Sectional Store. 3) Rewound fan should be warrantied for 1 Year.

Re-winding of 1400mm/1200mm Sweep 16/20 Pole, Capacitor start, Capacitor run, Ceiling fans up to 100 Watts capacity using 300 to 350 grams of 35guage super enamel copper wire etc as above.

Re-winding of 300/450mm Sweep Exhaust fans up to 100Watts capacity using 500 grams of 32 guage super enamel copper wire etc as above.

Re-winding of 1400 RPM Wall mounted air circulating fan motor up to 500Watts capacity using 725 grams of 29 guage super enamel copper wire etc as above.

Overhauling of Ceiling fans/Exhaust fans/Wall mounted air circulating fan up to 500Watts capacity including replacement of Bearings, Bushes etc as per the technical specifications and as directed by Engineer Electrical. Note: 1) All materials are under the scope of the Contractor 2) Over-hauled fan should be warrantied for 6Months.

Over-hauling of 1400mm/1200mm Sweep Ceiling fans up to 100 Watts capacity etc., as above

Over-hauling of 300mm/450mm Sweep Exhaust fans up to 150 Watts capacity etc., as above.

Over-hauling of 1400 RPM Wall mounted Air Circulating fan motor of 500Watts capacity etc., as above.

Attending the Complaints of Ceiling fans/Exhaust fans/Pedestal fans/Wall mounted fans et., and defective spare parts are to be supplied & replaced and the fan should be made functional as per the technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Electrical.

Anchor/Havells/Polycab Non Modular 5 Step (2Module) 90W Fan Regulator.

Finolex/Polycab/V Guard 2C x 0.5 Sqmm Copper Cable for Connections.

Any Standard make High hook Shackles with 8mm/6mm dia, 50mm length bolts.

Anchor/Legrand/Goldmedal 6A Piano type Switch.

Anchor/Legrand/Goldmedal 3-Pin 6A Ceiling Rose.

Attending the complaints of Ceiling fans/Exhaust fans/Pedestal fans/Wall mounted fans etc., and rectifying them like loose contacts, wiring problems etc., from the Switch board to Ceiling Rose including fault-finding of circuits as per the technical specifications and as directed by Engineer Electrical.

Cleaning of the Ceiling fans located at Public buildings from dust and vermin accumulations, including Cleaning the wings with washing power/Liquid soap/Cleaning agent etc., as per the Technical Specifications and as directed by Engineer Electrical.

Fixing of the New/Old Ceiling fans/Exhaust fans to the existing hook/Area after assembling with its accessories like down rod, blades, canopies etc., and making the power connections with copper wire etc., as per the Technical Specifications and as directed by Engineering Electrical.

Fixing of the Exhaust Fan (up to 450mm) as above

Supply & fixing the Anchor bolt type ceiling fan hook with 16mm rod with nut & bolt and washers etc., in to the ceiling after making suitable hole with drilling machine etc as required and as directed by Engineer Electrical.

Supply & fixing of MS Fan down rod of required size for the Ceiling fans as per the Technical Specifications and as directed by the Engineer Electrical.

Supply & fixing of following Exhaust fans with all accessories at wash rrom in Public buildings as per the Technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Electrical.

Crompton/Havells/Bajaj/Almonard make MS Body 300mm, 12 Inch, 1350RPM

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1200 mm sweep, BEE 5 star rated, ceiling fan with Brush Less Direct Current (BLDC) Motor as per the Technical Specifications and as directed by Engineer Electrical.

Spray Painting of the Ceiling Fan/Exhaust Fan icluding the supply of Asian brnad Enamled Paint after the cleaning the fan thoroughly with cleaning agents.
