REPAIR AND MAINT OF VARIOUS SUMMER AND COOLING APPLIANCES AT OTM AND CENTRAL INSTITUTE AT MIL STN DHRANGADHRA

Taking down Ceiling fan of Sweep, any make, 1200/1400/1500mm, 230 volts of any make & size from any height of the building for finding out the defects such as Capacitor, winding, bearing etc and servicing / overhauling the same, including replacing minor accessories like locking pins, rubber real, PVC sleeve, greasing, clamps, etc as required, and fixing back the same in its original position along with necessary fixing materials such as nut, bolts and washers etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- The spares referred / mentioned here-In- after shall only be paid under supply only. Rest of the spares required for functioning of the fans is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The labour element required for replacing the spares listed here-in-after shall be deemed to included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking down Exhaust fans heavy duty of Sweep 225 to 450mm, 230 volts of any make & size from walls/ trusts for finding out the defects such as Capacitor, winding, bearing etc and servicing/ overhauling the same and fixing back the same in its original position along with necessary fixing materials such as nut, bolts and washers etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note :- The spares referred / mentioned here-In- after shall only be paid under supply only. Rest of the spares required for functioning of the fans is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. The labour element required for replacing the spares listed here-in-after shall be deemed to included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking down Wall mounted/Pedestal fans of Sweep 300 to 450mm, 230 volts of any make & size from walls/floors for finding out the defects such as Capacitor, winding, bearing etc and servicing/ overhauling the same and fixing back the same in its original position along with necessary fixing materials such as nut, bolts and washers etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge.. Note for Item Sl No 1 to 3 : (i). Cost of Bearing, Capacitor and rewinding will be measured and paid separately under the respective item of the Schedule. (ii) Labour element for removing and refixing the Bearing and removing and rewinding the winding will be measured in the respective of the schedule. (iii) Misc items such as nut & bolts, Rubber bush & locking pin etc required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be inclusive of the unit rate.

Rewinding of fan motor of any make Sweep 1200 and rewinding the same with single strand fine enamel copper conductor of same guage weight and turns and keeping the windings into hot air oven till the moisture evaporates including testing and commissioning complete. Make :Devi Dayal/Atlas/BPL Note : (1) All the misc items such as impregranted paper, warnising, cotton tape and other misc items required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be included in the unit rate. (2) The above repairs are considered to meet the anticipated requirement if any and based on the site requirement the scope will be handed over to the Contractor.
