Laying of copper pipe over the bridge from SDH building to MGPS plant room for up-gradation of sub district Hospital to 50 Bedded by SITC of medical gas pipeline system including CAMC for 2 yrs post commissioning at Sunderbani

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of Medical Grade Copper Pipelines along with saddles, tees, reducers bends etc of different size as mentioned below as per the requirement. The copper pipes used will be solid drawn, seamless, deoxidized, non arsenical, half hard, tempered and degreased, manufactured as per CU DHP to 1190-1 and CW 024A to EN 1412.Before erection all pipes along with fitting will be cleaned for dirt and will be degreased. After erection, all the pipe lines will be cleaned or purged with the help of dry nitrogen gas and will be tested with dry nitrogen at a pressure of 10 bar for 48 hours. The job also includes painting of copper pipes as per ISOcolor coding. The rates include cost of material ,all labour charges and taxes applicable.42 mm outer dia, 1.2 mm thick

Providing, laying, fabrication fitment of overhead bridge for laying of copper pipe from MGPS Plant room to the Main SDH Sunderbani i.e 90 mtrs by way of providing the (150 x 150 x 5)mm MS Pipe - 08 no(6 mtr each), Ms Angle (38x38x5)mm, MS Flat (38x5)mm,. Job includes welding, excavation of the earth upto 3 ft for the poles foundations, providing of PCC 1:3:6 and then RCC 1:1/2:3 for proper concreting of the poles. Job includes complete fabrictaion,cost of material, labour charges and all taxes.
