Taking down cement plaster, in any thickness from brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing unserviceable material, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 8mm thick in CM 1:4 with WPC @ 3% by weight finished even and smooth without using extra cement over and including 12mm thick back coat with cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.)

M&L for applying 3mm thick wall care putty on old / new plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 finished even &smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, finished even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed

Supply of Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying a coat of epoxy anticorrosive paint over a coat of primer (ht exc 15m) all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

Destruction of growth of weed plants with roots from on the roof of bldgs. and on the wall of bldgs. (any height) with 2.40 oil mixed weedicides or mixed with veedol chemical solution and sprayed on and around roots and at places of possible growth of weeds and making good damaged surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 or cement concrete type C1 1:3:6, using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.
