SUPPLY, INSTALLATION, TESTING AND COMMISSIONING OF OCC SWITCH BOARD, EARTHING SYSTEM, DUCTED VENTILATION FANS AND MISCELLANEOUS FIRE FIGHTING ITEMS AT VYTTILA OCC BUILDING FOR KOCHI WATER METRO PROJECT

SECTION-1: EARTHING & SAFETY EQUIPMENT

Providing and fixing GI/Cu strip/wire on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required. 25mm x 6 mm GI Strips

Supplying and laying following GI or copper strip(tinned at the points of contacts) / wire at 0.6m below ground level including excavation and refilling for conductor earth electrode including welding etc as required. 25mm x 6 mm GI Strips

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. (but without charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

SECTION-2: LT CABLING/CABLE TRAY/CONDUIT & ACCESSORIES

Supply of following size 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, FRLS armoured Aluminium /copper conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) amended upto date. 4C 35 Sq.mm Cu

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium/Copper lugs for following size of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium/copper conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. 4C 35 Sq.mm Cu

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Disconnection and removal of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

SECTION-3: MCB & MCB Distribution Boards

Supply and fixing of following rating residual current circuit breaker with MCB having earth leakage and overload protection (RCCB+MCB) as per specification as required

4 pole 63 amps. (415 Volts),30mA sensitivity.

4 pole 32 amps. (415 Volts),30mA sensitivity.

Supply and fixing of following rating, 10 KA, Miniature Circuit Breakers as required. 40A to 63A TP MCB, C-CURVE

Supplying and fixing following rating, double pole, (single phase and neutral), 240 V, residual current circuit breaker (RCCB), having a sensitivity current 30 mA in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

SECTION-3: Ventilation Fans-Toilet (Ground & First Floor)

Supply, Installation , testing and commissioning of cabinet fans (duct mounted) of 1050CFM - 10 MM OF WG with suitable blower, 3 phase direct driven motor of following capacity for exhaust, with starter, active carbon filter ,other accessories etc Complete in all respects as per technical specifications..External static pressure mentioned is exlcuisve of static pressure for Carbon filter considered (Location: Toilets,ventilated Rooms )

Air Distribution network Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricated machine made GSS sheet metal ducting complete with neoprene gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, supports etc. for Supply air, Return air, Exhaust Air, Fresh Air as per ducting specifications and with suitable supports using MS angles, channels, rods, anchor bolts, etc to roof /truss as per IS 655 / SMACNA standards, and complete in all respects as per the technical specifications.

Supply, fixing, testing and balancing of Return air diffuser of extruded aluminium duly powder coated without damper, fixing supports etc. complete in all respects as per the technical specifications.

Supply,fixing, testing and balancing of opposed type volume control dampers of 16 gauge GI sheets to be provided with suitable links, levers and quadrants for manual control of volume of air flow and for proper balancing of the air distributions system etc. complete in all respects as per the technical specifications.

Drain Tray for Hi -wall Split AC The Tray should be fabricated using SS/GI Sheet (Powder coated, Galvanized Coating, Hot-Dip Galvanized) accordingly with a drain hole at one side closed with the end cap which can be pulled out as per necessity.

Supply,fixing, testing Polycarbonate Exhaust Louver 750mm x 500mm with aluminium blade etc. complete in all respects as per the technical specifications.

Liasioning with EIG and getting approval for the above works/KSEB approval

SECTION-6: Fire Fighting Work

Supply of ISI marked ABC Modular Fire Extinguisher 5Kgs Capacity Mono Ammonium Phosphate based Dry Chemical Powder for Fighting ABC Class of Fire, stored Pressure type of Mild steel body pressurized by Nitrogen Gas. Automatic Detection and Suppression System together in a single unit complete with Ceiling hanging bracket as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and installation of Clean Agent Modular Fire Extinguisher 2Kgs Capacity FE 36 / HCFC 123 / HFC 236 Fa /Novec1230 Clean agent for fighting ABC & E Class of Fire, stored Pressure type of Mild steel body with Automatic Detection and Suppression System together in a single unit complete with ceiling hanging bracket as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Supply & Installation of MS fire bucket Set with three no’s of Std size fire buckets filled with sea sand including MS stand. The fire bucket stand made up of MS pipe 2" round pipe 3 mm thick of size 5'x4' with pedestal 2' including primer, painting with the provision of hanging arrangement for three buckets.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sprinkler heads of the following type, complete in all respects as per technical specifications-Standard response, standard coverage upright sprinkler ;1/2" NPT,K-5.6, Chrome Finish; operating temperature at 68 deg.
