Including all lifts with levelling ramming the foundation trenches removing roots of trees shurbs all complete as per approved design & building specification and direction of E / I .(5.1.1. BCD )

Providing coarse clean sand filling in foundation trenches and plinth including ramming and watering in layers not exceeding 150mm thick with all leads & lifts including the cost of all materials, labour, royality, & taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I (5.1.10 BCD)

Stripping of top soil from borrow areas located in agriculture fields , storing at a suitable palace, spreading abd re-laying after taking the borrow earth to maintain fertility of the agrucultural field , finishing it to the required levels and satisfaction of thr farmers

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -All work up to plinth level:1:2:4(1Cement :2 coarse sand (zone-III):graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for foundation, footing, bases of Columns etc. for mass concrete.(5.3.17.1 BCD)

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineerin-Charge.ITEM 16.91.1 DSR

Earth filling in foundaion trenches and plinth in layers not exceding 150 mm thick well watered, rammed, fully compacted and fine dressed with earth obtained from excavation of foundation trenches within a lead of 50 M and lift of 1.5 M all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I. Providing designation 75A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.
