Material and labour cement concrete 1:7:12 type F-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken filling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&Lcement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on surfaces of sunken slabs and side up to finished floor level, in C:M 1:3 using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction and rendering is to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(WPC shall be measured & paid separetaly)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, Type B-0 (12.5mm graded aggregate) as in sub-base of floor for tiles/Kota stone all as specified.

M&L non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thk(square/rectangular joint free) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortor 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as spd & dir.

M&L glazed coloured ceramic tiles joint free in vertical surfaces of wall of size 450x 300 mm x 7mm thick set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick /concrete surfaces complete all as spd & dir.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

S& Fixing in repair Vitreous china ,Squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rest including all joints and making good to the floor,etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
