Supply & Erecting Steel Tubular Swaged Pole Type 410-SP-64 (12.0 Metre long) including Cast Iron Base Plate, Finial Taper Plug, Cap, Mild Steel Bolts, Nuts, Screws including applying two coats of Black Bituminous Paint Internally and Externally from bottom End of Pole upto PCC Coping and applying with two coats of Aluminium Painting over a coat of Aluminium Primer (Externally from Top of Coping) including writing MES Pole No. with synthetic Enamel Paint (First Grade/quality), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade, of size 3 core 300 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fabrication and installation of 33 KV Bracing support to mount electrical equipments of Sub Stn and grid structure /Tower for stringing of 33 KV Over Head Bus /ACSR Conductor to form a Bus Bar inside Sub Station with Hot dip galvanized lattice type steel structure , main structural members and bracing system supports , clamps & Backplates etc of any size any design fabricated from structural steel sections including GI nuts , bolts , washers , welding , bending , cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Civil work for foundation for Tower/Bracing Support is included under quoted rate)

S&F ACSR with permissible Sags and providing Jumper, etc., fixing on Electric Poles and binding to Insulators with Aluminium Binding Wire as in OH Conductors including stringing, tightening, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Cost of Binding Wire is deemed to be included in the quoted Unit Rate.

Supply & Fix Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as specified and as directed.
