Wiring for sub-main with 1 × 6 sq. mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor cable in PVC pipe, PVC casing and capping including PVC bends etc as required. This job also includes removing the old, damaged wiring, batten etc. as required and returning those to the site store. Materials for this job have to be supplied by the contractor.

Circuit wiring with 1 × 2.5 sq. mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor cable in PVC pipe, PVC casing and capping including PVC bends etc as required. This job also includes removing the old, damaged wiring, batten etc. as required and returning those to the site store. Materials for this job have to be supplied by the contractor.

Wiring for light, fan and telephone point with1×1.5 sq. mm PVC insulated PVC sheathed Aluminum conductor cable in PVC pipe, PVC casing and capping including PVC bends etc as required. This job also includes removing the old, damaged wiring, batten etc. as required and returning those to the site store. Materials for this job have to be supplied by the contractor.

Loop earthing with 18 SWG Al-conductor bare wire in the existing surface/recess/conduit/casing and capping/wood batten etc. along with other wires as required. Materials for this job with Aluminium bare conductor has to supply by the contractor.

Replacing of Bakelite switch board with thickness 2.5 to 3.5 mm coated with white sun mica of the following sizes:- Materials for this job has to be supplied by the contractor.

Fixing of the following, making connections etc. as required. Materials for this job will be supplied by M/s BVFCL free of cost.

a) Batten / Pendant Holder

b) Piano type switch of 5 Amps capacity,

c) Call bell switch

d) Piano type 3 pin switch socket combined 5 Amps capacity

e) 3 pin switch socket combined 15 Amps capacity

g) Ceiling rose

Installation, testing & commissioning of 8 – way Single phase neutral MCB Distribution board. Materials for this job will be supplied by M/s BVFCL free of cost.

Replacement, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan regulators as required. [Regulators shall be supplied by M/s BVFCL, free of cost].

Dismantling of defective Tube light fittings, repairing, commissioning & reconnection of the repaired fittings back to the original position after replacing the defective components as required [All the materials will be supplied by BVFCL free of cost]

Installation, testing and commissioning of ICDP distribution board complete with re - wirable type fuses. Materials for this job will be supplied by M/s BVFCL free of cost.

Fixing of porcelain base rewritable type fuse carrier with base. Materials for this job will be supplied by M/s BVFCL free of cost.

Fixing of single pole MCB 240 / 415 V, 50 Hz, 10KAmps capacity in the MCB distribution board and providing incoming, outgoing connections etc as required 6 - 40 Amps capacity. Materials for this job will be supplied by M/s BVFCL free of cost.

Fixing of single phase Energy meter replacing the damaged board and making connection, earthing and sealing of the meter as required. Switch board of 10" x 12 " size has to be supplied by the contractor. [Meters shall be supplied by M/s BVFCL, free of cost].

Installation, testing & commissioning of SPN sheet steel enclosure with MCB (power socket board) for Air Condition supply including supply of Bakelite board with sun mica of size 8" x 10" and making necessary connections. [SPN sheet steel enclosure with MCB shall be supplied by M/s BVFCL, free of cost].

Fixing of Ding - dong call bell along with switch board as required for commissioning of the same. [Call bell shall be supplied by M/s BVFCL, free of cost]
