Taking down carefully existing Cu/ Al point wiring (light,Fan,socket,or power ) complete fixture & fittings such as switches ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings, ceiling fan/exhaust fan etc. removing material to store for keeping safe custody and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc.

Wiring for circuit/Sub main along with earth wire with the FR PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface /recessed as required of size 4x10 sq.mm + 2x6 sq.mm earth wire 1100 Volts grade drawan in ERW rigid steel stove enamelled conduit of suitable dia with FLP accessories band, saddle, with M & L Make of Cable: Havells/Finolex/Polycab/Sterlite or equivalent.

Cross arm, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts & bolts, washers,welding,bending, cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed & inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat & one finishing coat of paint with M & L complete all as specified & directed. Note: MS strip flat size(25x5 mm) will be used for hanging the well glass fitting 1.0M from ceiling of blgd. Complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting opening through brick walls built in cement mortar for 18 inch sweep exhaust fan and making good, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard core, etc.to store and rubbish not exc. 50m. complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting holes in brick walls exc. half brick but not exc. one brick built in cement mortar including fixing holefasts and making good for exhaust fan with M&L, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x16/2x20 Watt flame proof, CIMFR Dhanbad certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIB, Zone 1 & 2, as per IS/IEC 60079- 1 (2007) and IP 66 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size. Make : Sudhir/Baliga/Shyaam/CG/Pluto or equivalent for FLP enclosure and Osram/Phillips/Havells/CG/Bajaj/Wipro or equivalent for LED.

M&L for Flame proof point wiring (One light /Fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch) with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated sheathed, single core 1.5 sq.mm nominal area stranded copper wire drawn into and including surface rigid steel stove enameled conduit (ERW) of suitable size but not less then 19 mm dia, 16 gauge with and including flame proof fitting such as bends, elbows, coupling and other accessories(duly approved by CIMFR Dhanbad) and as per IS fixed with spacers, saddles, screws etc. with 14 SWG continuous galvanized earth wire, mounting of switches on wall for sockets, fan regulators etc. max 4 point in each circuit complete all as specified and directed. S & F Junction Box LM-6 type flame proof and weather proof suitable for explosive atmosphere flanged, cover with gasket size 100x60mm with and including connector bock, duly wired up (approved by CIMFR Dhanbad) Make: Sudhir/Baliga/ FCG/Shyaam/ pluto or its equivalent suitable for 19mm steel conduit upto 4 way complete with spigotted cover and a dome cover having on the top. Complete all as specified & directed.

S&F flame proof flexible conduit 450mm with FLP gland for connection to FLP tube light fittings duly approved by CIMFR Dhanbad. Complete all as specified & directed. Make: Sudhir/Baliga/FCG/Shyaam/ pluto or its equivalent.

S & F Distribution board factory fabricated made out of 2mm thick MS sheet with hinged cover & locking arrangement, outdoor type weather and vermin proof suitably ventilated duly powder coated with postman RED color painted & metal enameled RED & WHITE painted Danger board riveted etc suitable for housing incomming/outgoing cable/main switch/DB's etc (Min Approx size 600x450x300mm) complete with and including necessary fixing distribution box on wall complete all as specified and directed.
