Demolition of brick work built in CM including all quions, arches, pillars etc complete all as specfied and directed

M&L brick work with sub class B brick (old size) staight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on wall of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering on external wall fair faces of brick work in two layers i.e., 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and top layer of 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound in top layer @3% by the weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS 2645-1975 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick/ concrete surfaces in CM(1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specfied and directed

M&L newly plastered or un plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer after applying cement based wall putty to wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing treatment wall and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of 1.5mm average thick wall care putty to walls complete all as speceified and directed .

Dimolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness as in floor, apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specfied and directed

M & L for 20 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, Jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and including 20 mm thick cement plaster (1:3) complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) including removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic tiles coloured (350x450mm) x 7mm thick, in wall/dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 10mm thick backing coat of tiles in CM (1:3) complete all as specified

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10 mm, (square or rectangular) polished area of each tile n. exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed bed CM 1:4 complete all as specfied and directed

Dismantling abestos cement ( corrugated or semi - corrugated etc ) sheets in roof covering complete all as specfied

S&F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed
