REPAIR/ MAINT OF VCBS/ ACB/ RMU, HT FEEDER PILLARS, CALIBERATION OF VCB AND ALLIED SERVICES AT AFS PHALODI

Carrying out calibration of HT VCB panel including VCB 800/630/400 Amps, after taking proper shut down and disconnecting the cables from panel and VCB Breakers, calibration of over fault relay, earth fault relay, checking of alignment of VCB isolating contacts, rewiring of burnt out/unsv VCB panel wiring complete, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decorbonising of panel, bus section & circuit section including incoming/outgoing cable and necessary HT insulation at joints. Removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and re-insulating with HT taps wherever necessary, with and including replacement of burnt out/defective spares like tension springs, tortion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size, lingers etc.,and refixing the panel in its original position with complete painting of VCB Panel and testing entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge . Note : (i) The quoted Rate shall be deemed to include all minor spares etc., (ii) If any burnt out/defective items like moving/fixed contacts, tripping coils,earth fault relay, etc., will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (iii) Spare parts required other than mentioned here-in-after shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix the following spares for VCB 800/630/400 Amps capacity:- Note: The spares shall be measured and paid only requirement at site during servecing of VCB's

(a) Supply and fix master trip relay mechanical 4NO + 4NC , 110 V for VCB 800/630/400 Amps capacity,

(b) Supply and fix spring drum. .

(c) Supply and fix spring..

(d) Supply and fix spring charging Motor 230V DC/AC..

(e) Supply and fix tripping/closing coil-110Volt DC.

(f) Supply and fix emergency trip assembly..

(g) Supply and fix vacuum intrupter of VD4 type for VCB.

(h) Supply and fix lever of VB4 type VCB.

(i) Supply and fix roller VB4 type VCB .

(j) Supply and fix latest generation SLR140C,Dual rated CT, 3 Phase Over current relay and earth fault relay Auxiliary supply 18 -135 Volt AC/DC +/- 15% operated for VCB all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Trivector meter, 3 phase 4 wire (kWh, kVArh, kVAh, kW, kVA),-/100V/√3, -/5A, 50Hz ref Temp: 27°C, CL: 0.5s, LB : 5A, Imax:10A, 16000Pulses/unit.

Carrying out calibration of ACB panel including ACB 630 Amps, Make :ABB, after taking proper shut down and disconnecting the cables from panel and ACB Breakers, calibration of over fault relay, earth fault relay, checking of alignment of ACB isolating contacts, servicing of operating mechanism including tripping and closing system of the breakers, dehydrating, decorbonising of panel, bus section & circuit section including incoming/outgoing cable and necessary LT insulation at joints. Removing perished monoplus compound cleaning and re-insulating with LT taps wherever necessary, with and including replacement of burnt out/defective spares like tension springs, tortion springs, nut bolts, washers of suitable size, lingers etc., and refixing the panel in its original position and testing entire satisfaction of Engineer -in- Charge .

M&L for repairing/ servicing, calibrating / testing /setting of fault tripping and recommissioning with painting complete as mentioned in maintance and operation manual of 11 KV HT RMU SF6 breaker 1 way/ 3 way/ 4 way/6 way all as per OEM instructions (Note : SF6 Gas charging will be measured and paid seperately (i) Repairing / servicing shall be carried out through O.E.M of manufactures engineering / technician only. (ii) Cost of small spares like gasket, battery,O ring nuts, bolts and lubricants / cleaning required for servicing of RMU is deemed to be included in the coated rate. However cost of the major spare parts will be measured and paid separatly under revelant items of Sch'A'. (iii) Job of repairing/ servicing/calibrating / testing /setting of fault tripping and recommissioning has been considered for complete set of RMU's i.e 1 way/ 2way/3 way/ 4 way/6 way as per location

M&L for gas charging breaker by using SF 6 gas all as specified and directed.

M&L for saver mechanism ON/OFF operating complete with main spring,fire stick,triping coil system etc.for RMU

M&L for actuator motor for operating mechanism charging motor ON/OFF for (RMU)

M&L for self powered relay CGI14S suitable for RMU .

M&L for lemun type live indicator complete with electrical circuit suitable for RMU .

M&L for power card (SMPS card) complete with all electrical circuit suitable for RMU .

M&L for right angle boot for RMU

Supply and fix VAF meter, accuracy class 1.0, input vtg measurement rand 50-520VAC (P-P), flush mounting, showing parameters VLL,VLN, A, F, PF etc complete incl taking down old u/s meter all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of MCB SP 06 to 32A, upto rupturing capacity of 10KA, C curve type to be fixed in VCB panel all as specified and as directed. incl taking down old u/s MCB SP

Supply and fixing of MCB DP 20A, upto rupturing capacity of 10KA, C curve type all as specified and as directed. incl taking down old u/s MCB SPN

Supply and fix indoor medium voltage epoxy resin cast Potential Transformer, single phase 11KV of ratio 11KV/√3/110V/√3, 200VA, Class-1.0, 50 Hz complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix cabinet T handle door lock, matt finish type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix polyamide mushroom emergency push button switch complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix LED indicator RYB to be fixed on panel size 22.5mm of voltage range 110A-110VAC complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening / disconnecting the electrical connection of defective / burnt out underground HT cable of any size from Junction boxes HT OH Line/HT Panel,taking out the required length of cable from existing loop,cutting the defective portion of cable, providing required thimbles/connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing Junction boxes HT OH Line/HT Panel etc all as directed. Note (i) The cost of required earth work ie excavation,returning filling relaying of sand and bricks and cost of drawing the required length from protection pipe breaking of required brick work/concrete and redoing the required work to match the existing surface shall be measured and paid separately (ii) Additional cable/protection pipe required at stie if any shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and Labour for surface excavation n exceedind 15 cm deep including site clearance in soft/loose soil all as sepcified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for HT feeder pillar box factor made cubical type dust proof, out door type both side opening of size 110 x 100 x 60 cm of MS sheet 3 mm thick power coated machine pressed front opening in two halves with rubber gasket / bedding , locking arrangement with sliding bolt including aluminium bus bar of size 50 x 10 mm and 80 cm long 3 strips mounted on HT insulators each strip should be mounted minimum two insulator and nut bolt panel shall be mounted on angle iron frame and legs made from angle iron of size 50x 50 x 6 mm and legs 40 cm long duly spray painted internally and externally with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer grouted in PCC 1:2:4 type ‘B’ ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete incoming / outgoing cable provision.
