Colour: Multicolour optional or customized according to RAL shade.Packaging: Safety 3 layer packaging comprising 1st EPE Foam, 2nd HDPE Film metal pipes are Hot Dipped Galvanized Pipes with GI thickness upto 60 micron. The Simply Go Round MGR made out 27OD GI Pipe with Powder Coating process, The complete item to be fixed & rotated with bearing shaft assembly in a smooth way. The floor of MGR made with 16 SWG M.S sheet in round shape with back supporting frame work. The floor size of MGR is 46” dia. All complete as per technical specifications for manufacturing the item. The item shall be fixed in C.C. (1:2:4) block of suitable size after deep excavation/earth work at site as required and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge regarding material, shape of equipment, colour of metal, seat, powder coating and fixing of equipment etc. The C.C. work for laying of foundation of equipment shall be paid separately. Providing & fixing Double Post Swing of make Leo/ Koochie/ Hugo/Arihant. The leg supports of the single post swing is made up of 100 NB while the top bar is of 50 NB powder coated GI pipes (Must be min in G I “B” class pipe). The two swings are made up of 10 mm thick skid reinforced. The seats of the single support swing are made up of 10 mm thickness rubber with anti-skid. The rubber seat is suspended on 6 mm thickness GI chain. The ball bearings are mounted inside a specially designed GI clamp. All complete as per technical specifications for manufacturing the item. The item shall be fixed in C.C.
