Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Extra for every additional lift of 1.5 m or part thereof in excavation /banking excavated or stacked materials.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundations and plinth in.

Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Labour charges for orienting and fixing assembly of 8 nos -32 mm dia anchor bolts in each of the 4 legs /pedastals of tower with the help of template, base plate and other base arrangements . A total of 32 numbers anchor bolts shall be oriented and fixed for each tower as per drawings of Genetic requirements No GR TWR- 12/01 June 2005. Rate includes cost of necessary scaffolding arrangement etc all complete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge (Base plate and Anchor bolts will be supplied by the Department)

Making and supplying at site, anchor bolts for fixing base of tower, manufactured from EN 8 Steel and of 32mm dia mild steel bar of required length conforming to IS:2062, threaded at top upto 150mm length and welded with lugs made from 100x100x10mm thick mild steel plate at 50mm from bottom including suitable hexagonal nuts 2 nos. (Nuts & Checknuts) and MS spring washer etc. all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for hoisting fixing and erection of 40 mtrs height Ground based structural Steel Tower as per approved Genetic requirements No.GR TWR-12/01 June 2005 with all its necessary components Viz climbing ladder, platforms with railing and fixing with bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers. Cost includes necessary welding and alteration of any mismatching holes to the members wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge (NOTE:Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tolls, plants and machinerires all insurane, safety provision , acceptance testing etc all complete and nothing extra will be paid) Tower material shall be supplied by department at site. (Weight about 8.30 MT) (Rs. 10,000/- will be with held for acceptance of AT and will be released after completion of AT).

Applying priming coat with one coat of ready mixed Red oxied Zinc Chromate primer or equivalent of approved brand and manufacture for 40m tower (weight about 8.30MT)

Applying priming coat with one coat of Etch primer (BISON wash primer or equivalent) approved brand and manufacture for 40m tower (weight about 8.30MT).

Painting with High gloss synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade for 40m tower (weight about 8.30MT). a) Two or more coats on new work.

Supplying of missing TOWER material of Galvanised Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in build up sectioons, trusses and framed work, including cutting, with Galvanized steel sections consisting of Angles, Flats, Plates and tubes fabricated as per approved drawing. The galvanizing shall be as per IS: 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/sqm (approximately 85 micron). The steel sections shall be of M.S.grade 'A' as per IS: 2062. Cost of galvanization is inclusive. The payment shall be made as per the standard structural steel tables for the bare steel sectional weights. All complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Structural steel work reveted , bolted or welded in build up sections , trusses and framed work, icluding cutting hoisting, fixing in position with galvanized steel sections consisting of Angles , flats, plates fabricated as per approved drawings in gratings, frames, raillings, cable trays, ladders, space frames and similar locations , The galvanizing shall be as per IS 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/Sqm (approximately 85 micron) . The steel sections shall be of M.S grade 'A' as per IS 2062. Cost of galvanization is inclusive. The payment shall be made as per the standard structura steel tables for the bare steel sectional weights . All compete as directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

Painting two or more coats with high gloss syntetic enamel paint of approved brand and colour over one coat of Eitch primer (BISION wash primer or equivaent) and second coat of Red oxide Zinc Chromate primer or equivalent of approved brand and colour to give an even shade to additional steel section /members/builtup assembly such as Horizontal gantry posts etc

Mechanical transportation of tower members comprising MS angles , flats , plates, pipes nuts and bolts etc of varying sizes and lengths from specified place to work site. The entire lot of tower members shal be transported in a single lot . The Job includes cost of collection of all members with required lead, loading and unloading and depositing the tower members at the desired location complete as per directions of Engineer -in-charge. (Nothing extra shall be paid over and above the rate on any account).

Within the lead of 20.00Km.

Assembling BTS shelter of size 2.13m x 3.13m x 2.73m with available Aluminium PUF panels including laying the bottom with plywood panels and anti-static flooring using necessary silicon sealant, aluminium rivets, SR adhesive for fixing the anti-static flooring or any other consumables and arranging sealant applying guns, rivet fixing guns as required for assembling the shelter. The work shall be carried by specialised fabricator as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Transportation of shelter material consists of MS I sections (2 Nos x 3.00m long), shelter sandwich panels, ply wood bottom, PVC flooring etc., including collecting from stores at Hyderabad to site of work within city limits of Hyderabad- Secunderabad and including loading and unloading and waiting charges etc.,

Supplying new G.I. nuts and bolts with plain and spring washers conforming IS specications of various sizes required for erection of steel communications tower including taking away the damaged old G.I. nuts and bolts.
